As a European soccer fan American Sports teams fascination with new stadiums after only 20-30 years amazes me. Seems so wasteful, even more so when you realise the amount of tax dollars used to pay for them. Plenty of the worlds greatest football clubs are in stadiums a century old and building completely new is only done when a team utterly outgrows its current ground or expansion is just no longer viable.
There is zero reason to get rid of Arrowhead. It has incredible site lines, and it has seen significant upgrades over the years, so it is not lacking amenities. My guess is that it will get a massive renovation that will add new concourses and attractions. The bones of the stadium are perfect, they will do some cosmetic improvements. Only way they move is if a site along the river nearer to downtown opens up, but that would require a big federal flood control project.

Anyone who calls fedex field the worst sports venue in North America has never been to Oakland. I went there about 15 years ago and it was the worst stadium I’ve ever set foot in and it’s only gotten worse. I understand that the garbage “human beings” from the DC area that go to that stadium are likely significantly worse than anyone who has ever set foot in Oakland but that being said the coliseum is pure trash.
I watched this last night, and while there were some things of interest, I still couldn't get past the following: Fedex which opened in 1997 is certainly NOT barely over a half a century old. Based on my math it is 26 years old. As for Arrowhead, well, let's just say that the Chief's have been owned from day one by the Hunt family, not the Clark Family. Yes, the head at the moment is Clark Hunt. Those kind of mistakes made me question the rest of your conclusons.

Well the Walton family has a net worth of $224.5 billion, so it ain’t shit for them to get the broncos a new stadium and could really blow all other teams stadiums away
Every large major sports stadium is currently infested with rats, and its age isn't a factor. There are only a few individuals in the world who have successfully eliminated rodents from stadiums and venues and maintained them for several years with few or no further issues. The old Texaa Stadium was rodent free for its last 8 years along with The Ballpark in Arlington for 10 years and the entire 1,200 acre Texas Motor Speedway property for 18 years. With proper techniques and swift attention to potential problems, large venues can be rodent free. Each and every one of these large venues have a population anywhere from 250 - 500 breeding adults during slow periods which can explode to well over 10,0 00 easily when food is plentiful. Every one is a ticking time bomb waiting for a virus to be spread throughout a facility by the rats. In just a few hours a virus could be everywhere in any stadium. So choose where you decide to have your next meal. Many food born illnesses that people get can take anywhere from later the same day or up to 10 days to show symptoms. Even more disturbing, the source of some viruses could take years to track down their sources.

@@tombucsfan666 sometime they will have to move from the good location they are in.. not many cities have two stadiums right next to each other.. plus arrowhead even though it’s open has set a world record.. and we might not have that advantage it being so loud.. if we got a new stap
Don't worry. The Chiefs ownership are not going to be taking stadium advice from this guy any time soon.
M an t bank stadium has been upgraded nicely over the years and it's getting more upgrades over the next few years. Also it is very easy getting in and out of so I don't thinks it's going anywhere
The Commanders need to change back to the Redskins and move back to RFK Memorial Stadium
The Change back will never happen, but an honoring of the logo maybe
The arrow head stadium being here is crazy to me
Because TPS is garbage now
@@LeroyzkiSmithsonian They have been terrible for a while I don’t know what happened they just stop caring or something.
I'm with you. As a Ravens fan, that man has got to be a Bengals fan. Saying that both our teams need new stadiums is blasphemous!
@@Jacoberrrrr The good ones left. I miss the days of Cantaloupe, Qwan, and Jason Biondo (I think there was another Biondo for a while, that's why I specified the first name as well). But after they left, the channel was marginal with Justin Fraction doing the narration, and once he wasn't in anymore, it became a dumpster fire.
TPS is always garbage
Sports arenas/stadiums that will never be replaced
HERE’S ONE: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Los_Angeles_Memorial_Coliseum
just glad the Superdome isnt on this list nor should it be because of constant effective renovations
I vote RFK Stadium in downtown Washington, DC
Do the best NCAA football stadiums
TIAA bank stadium is now being the home of AEW instead of the Jaguars.
This channel ranked arrowhead stadium #1 in their stadium tier list but now thinks the chiefs should move??
You can't even count 😂 1997 - 2023 is way less than a half a century old 0:56
Arrowhead does NOT need to be replaced, it's amazing just the way it is.
What about Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte? They definitely need a new stadium.
Seems like an odd spot, could be in different direction to "Uptown",maybe closer to baseball stadium.
You wrong on Hard Rock, I love it. With the F1 every year now , Miami is all good. The seats are good and it's MIAMI
I think it’s one of the best looking stadiums anyway
You're* wrong ...

Video Idea Top 10 MVP candidates for the next season
I'll never watch Washington again until they change their name back to the Redskins
Top 8 stadiums4 destroyed: #8 FedEx Field Washington Commanders, #7 Empower Field at Mile High Denver Broncos , #6 Arrowhead Stadium Kansas City , #5 NRG Stadium Houston Texans , #4 Ford Field Detroit Lions #3 Paycor Stadium Cincinnati Bengals, #2 Cleveland Browns Stadium Cleveland Browns and #1 Gillette Stadium New England Patriots.
1:18 i think this is the reason why we’re don’t care about the Washington redskins in first place because Dan Snyder didn’t even come about nothing but himself with is very sad
I'm surprised you didn't mention Bank of America stadium for the Carolina Panthers 🤔
Thought he might mention it,maybe put it a different direction in relation to "Uptown" or baseball stadium, seems kinda odd spot along with practice field.
Been inside of tiaa bank stadium it looks kinda like a sewer walking through to get to your seats its so dim and not very much going on
So fun fact at the end of the video they forgot to mention Raymond James Stadium actually hosted 3 super bowls that mentioned XLIII and LV but the very first time they hosted was XXXV it was between Baltimore and New York (Giants) with the Ravens rolling in that game 35-7
Shocked you didn’t say Carolina
Fort Lauderdale or Downtown Miami can have Miami Dolphins
If teams want a new stadium the owners should pay for it rather than depend on tax payers to fund
All these "features" you clamor for is the reason why ticket prices are sky high. Just give me a stadium with comfortable seats and cheap food. The reason real fans go to the stadium is to.. you know.. watch the game and cheer for their team.
As a Bengals fan, i partially agree with them needing to replace Paycor Stadium. But i don't see the Bengals deciding to start construction on a new one for atleast a few more years, and then it would take about 3-4 years to build it. So it will take almost a decade at the very least until us Bengals fans can hope for a new like $2b-3b stadium.
Some of these fields have a ton of memories
Hard Rock stadium was renovated at a cost of 755 million in 2016. Please don't let the facts get in the way of "good" content.
Thank you for mentioning stadiums that no one talks about needing replacing (esp Ray J and Arrowhead)
Arrowhead and Lambeau will be the Wrigley and Fenway of the NFL. Lambeau is older, but Arrowhead is iconic as well. I expect a real estate development and a big cosmetic upgrade coming in about 4-5 years.
Heinz field or new name is a dump, and surprised it was not listed.
I totally agree
The eagles need a new stadium.
Can you guys do top ten defenses that could become the legion of boom 2.0 in the next few years?
FedEx field used to be amazing to look at, then they messed with the upper decks
but the Factory of Sadness is perfect for the Browns!
And yet, there's not a list of college football stadiums that need to be replaced.
Bank of America stadium needs to go.
This man hates the Baltimore Ravens. That is obvious. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH M&T. That is one of the better stadiums built for its time. That would be like saying Oriole Park at Camden Yards needs to be demolished. Where the hell is he getting the ranking of them being one of the worst gameday experiences and lacking of glamour features. The NFL ranks them near the top every year! Is this man a Bengals or Browns fan? Because it sounds like he is. PS The Ravens have the best night game atmosphere in football. Their 19-4 record in primetime home games over the last 15 years is evidence.
He hates my bucs too
Straight facts! The Ravens stay having a good fan experience and all!
@@littleman5232 I'm with you. Every single year the Ravens are ranked near the top in terms of gameday experience and videoboard quality every single year by media networks everywhere. M&T is like Camden Yards. Quality stadium especially considering when it was built.
Do the 5 most over rated sports teams and the 5 most under rated sports team day 2
As I ravens fan I can understand
A new stadium is something that I would sneeze at a would spend money on the new stadium if the stadium was links sofi
I agree. That would be like saying the Orioles need to replace Camden Yards. This man really hates our city. I'm guessing he's one of those people that wants every stadium to look like SoFi.
@Michael Hession he doesn't know you can update a stadium. They been updating it over the last couple years.
@@jamiesp3901 I agree. M&T has gotten much better since the 2019 renovations. Even though its 25 years old its still in incredible shape especially with all of the video board and LED features inside the stadium.
@@jamiesp3901 yeah i do i know the ravens have been updating their stadium what i meant was getting a stadium like sofu or US bank
Plus the ravens are upgrading the stadium
Bills fan here started watching thinking 100% Rich stadium is gonna be on here and it wasnt. it still needs replacing and will be soon.
the new stadium will open in 2026
My personal opinion:
Washington: Definitely.
Chicago: Definitely.
Kansas City: No, it's provides one of the best home field advantages in football.
Miami: We renovated the hell out of it. But yeah, we need one soon
Cleveland: Not until we see how the renovations turn up.
Cincinnati: Not yet. Give it a bit more time
Baltimore: No. I think it looks pretty lit.
Tampa Bay: Maybe
Jacksonville: Yeah, they do need a new place.
Who should be on the list?
Bank of America Stadium (Carolina Panthers)
Metlife Stadium (NY Jets/ Giants) the Jets and/or Giants. Metlife Stadium looks kinda bland, and they're New York teams playing in NEW JERSEY. Pick a fucking lane, you two.
Nissan Stadium: Tennessee Titans
If your stadium is covered in sponsorships, then you're going broke.
I just want the raiders to come back to OAKLAND!!!!
Chicago moving goingnto be the best move the fans dont need to feel in danger to watch a game move far away from parking scammers and criminals.
Chiefs fans aren’t craving a new stadium, especially a downtown stadium. We love the open parking lot for tailgating, the accessibility to the highway, and it holds the record for loudest stadium in the world. The Clark family has done wonders with the upgrades plus there isn’t a bad seat in the house for how it is set up
Dude hasn’t done his research on arrowhead or m&t. Both have received very high marks for GAMEDAY experience over the times and both are receiving upgrades in the near future, the ravens reportedly pouring over 400 million in upgrades to the bank. While obviously fedex field is a dump some of these stadiums on the list have no business being here
Love your video TPS
Clickbait title. The only "Garbage" stadium on this list is FedEx field
Agreed.
You discuss the Bills getting a new stadium without once talking about the Pegulas who have a new worth of roughly $8 billion only paying $300-400 million while New York and the Buffalo area paying over a $ billion for it. Deals like these are so crooked.
Here's a video idea: the best deals for NFL owners on stadiums because they cheated the taxpayers the worst.
You discussed Joe Robbie Stadium (I refuse to use the Dolphins Stadium name). Joe Robbie at least paid for it himself.
I'm glad we're getting a badass stadium! 😁
do ranking every teams special teams unit
I would wait for the Browns to win the AFC North and host a playoff game before demolishing the stadium.
I watched this last night, and while there were some things of interest, I still couldn't get past the following:
Fedex which opened in 1997 is certainly NOT barely over a half a century old.
Ironic watching this as a KC native and they are talking about tearing down the beauty that is arrowhead. Its just sad to see history be torn down for the fancy shit
SOFI stadium...haha jk, in all seriousness, bank of america stadium where the panthers play might be a good candidate
Im surprised Ford Field wasn't on this list, usually people love to talk about how bad it is.
We're going to be getting renovations soon that may lead to a 2 year period where we dont play in our normal stadium- Jags fan
Is it serious that one of the temporary places the Jags might move to….is the Daytona International Speedway?
@@2themoon863 - it is being considered. Not sure how they will make it work but it is under consideration.
Ford field needs to be replaced. Anyone who's day in the upper part of that stadium knows the feeling of being about to fall off. Plus, those seats are way to damn crowded. Hell, Comerica Park is better and that a mid teir stadium as well
hes just naming stadiums that are more than twenty years old and still are good
I'm surprised he didn't have Acrisure Stadium on his list.
Arrowhead Stadium is fine as it is right now
Acrisure Heinz Field is the worst nfl stadiums i can think of!
It needs to be replaced too!
Well the Walton family has a net worth of $224.5 billion, so it ain’t shit for them to get the broncos a new stadium and could really blow all other teams stadiums away
Why not pick stadiums that haven't been renovated in the last 5 years
Every large major sports stadium is currently infested with rats, and its age isn't a factor.
The Hard Rock Stadium pick is such a collection of bad hot takes. 😂
Bro facts, hard rock stadium looks so good! It’s for sure one of the best looking stadiums in the NFL, and it is by no means run down at all.
Didn’t see what was wrong with the ravens or arrowhead or Miami if the structure is good and they’re not having issues you don’t need a brand new state of the art stadium
Theres only so many times I can hear the same topic, TPS.
I thought Bank of America stadium in Charlotte was definitely making this list
Arrowhead Stadium Was Built In a 1972 For The Age It's Better Than Newer Stadiums On This List. We Need A Larger Stadium, Its In The Works. Maintenance has been very good & updates have been done on a regular basis. CHIEFS FANS ARE #1 & LOUD AND PROUD OF WHAT WE HAVE... HOW BOUT THOSE CHIEFS
Any particular reason for capitalizing almost every word?
Arrowhead is already one of the top stadiums by capacity
raymond james and tropicana are beloved by the fans
Arrowhead is still beautiful in a retro way. Leave it alone!!
Everyone agreees on Fedex Field
FedEx was outdated 5 years after it opened
Arrowhead is a beautiful well maintained stadium! Oh BTW it’s 4th largest as far as seating. So your statement “needs more seating shows you don’t do your homework”.
Tampa bay will DEFINITELY have the funds, particularly cos they’re keen to sell Man Utd
Even if they sell the club (for which United fans have been demanding since they took ownership 18 years ago) they won’t budge on a new venue unless city and Hillsborough County officials and taxpayers get involved.
