My £400 Dob was worth every penny the first time me and my daughter watched jupiter through it . Order her first silver Britannias from the mint last week now I've started stacking for her , i definitely won't be treating myself to any new eyepieces anytime soon😢
That's a Crocodile Dundee bar. Wowser. Thanks for showing the new purchase. Its impressive indeed. Better still I'd the 10oz Forum bar. That is gorgeous! The combination of yours and Silver Angels skills has ended up with a truly unique and beautiful piece.
Would've been nice to hear more about the provenance of the bar itself, not just its weight. Was it made for a special purpose? What is the house on the front? Where is it from?
Crazy piece ! 👍 If anything, it's a fine example of the density of the metal, which none of us talk about much. Would be interesting to gather together a Kilo of Gold, Silver, Lead, Copper, etc, whatever metals just to show and compare volume and densities, and then talk about their price comparisons. The one off 10z for the Forum looks fantastic ! Fabulous entertaining content once again, Kool Kids !
I think it looks great, Geiger squares are desirable pieces. True what you say about selling, shipping and insurance in the UK, it weighs the same as a 5L water bottle! If you can afford it without compromising your cash flow then it's a perfectly legit buy, you got it for a great price. The only downside is if silver spot doubled then you'd be looking at CGT when selling a single piece of silver, which would be a novel experience
If you're going to buy a 5kg silver bar, then this is the one to get! You mentioned that it wasn't selling and of course that's the risk for you in the future, but my god, what a statement piece. Thanks for sharing BYB!
Cost wise, it’s definitely not a good buy. But sometimes you just GOTTA have a certain piece. If your stack foundation is covered, and income allows it, splurge. My “collection regret” is my Platinum Proof Russian Ballerina 1 oz first year production in original mint packaging and certification. Just had to have it.
100 oz bars are big but dang, that is a solid 10 lbs of 3 nines fine premium block. I was crazy enough to get a Single Kilo Libertad and I paid a handsome price for a very low mintage year as a reverse proof to boot. It will be pasted on to the next generation
Man I’ve got 5 or 6 100oz bars. No regrets, 1$/oz premium and I’ll be happy to sell it at melt to put a down payment on a house when I’m ready. Shouldn’t be anyones first purchase but if you need weight it’s super cost effective.
Nice piece! Hindsight is a wonderful thing my friend. I suppose it could double up as a great 'door stopper!?' Which Bullion Dealer/s would you recommend to buy Silver bars from?
Like 98🎉 Very large silver bar, buddy. 😊 Not so liquid I would say. Of course, you can sell it quite easily to some pm dealer. My opinion, too much money into one piece😊 Great TSF gaw, nice work 👍
How could one regret a giant Geiger bar? That being said, pretty much all of my Geiger Bars are all in the "for retirement" part of my stack... so I have decades to worry about selling. Really though, if I have a 5kg Geiger, that would probably be to pass down to family. keep up the good vids!
Wow should have waited till the summer people are going to be partying the price might have dropped. Now I don't think I could buy more then 5 10 ounces. I bought at the peak before definitely noticed the difference in what I received in weight
Too heavy Too bulky Not CGT exempt Over value of postal insurance Need to find one person willing and able to buy it and with cost of living now, no one has £3500+ to spend on a bit of silver 😂 lol Very nice bar, but as you say lots of implications to think about 👍
Lad was selling for spot and he asked for a even cheaper deal 😂😂😂 my best mates like that it’s just pure dirty and greedy doing that to folk that are already offering a better than good deal
It wasn't selling and spot has dropped since then. If the dealers were offering a better price then I'm sure the seller would have sold it to them instead. Try your luck mate, offer BYB the original asking price of £3750 or whatever, from the sounds of it he would accept!
When it comes to gold, we got luxury of buying larger bars to bring down the premium per gram. But when it comes to silver, fractional pieces are more clever strategy. But don't regret this one. Mistakes happen.
OMGosh. That's justa GIGANTIC bar. I've never seen bar up close like that. I've seen those silver bars in the form of a rubber or concrete car stop but not up-close... thank you for showing it off. I think one kilo, maybe even a hundred ounce bar is as far as I would be willing to go. Do you really worry about theft? With that thing it would be my luck that the thief would break in to the home, pick it up and fall down somewhere in my house and sue me for getting hurt in my home... F'n California... you know?!?!
Don't regret it bro, that is a SICK piece!!! Would make a great family heirloom.
I think so too!
💯
Its untradable
I have a 5KG bar, and i don't regret it. I use it in the summer, to cool myself down.
okay... so those 100 oz in the freezer are a good idea
@@ThePkorn89 well, you ll have to put a towel around it, it will be too cold :)

Need some Rammstein in the background, BYB. 😂
Big and beautiful. Well done.
Next time!
clingfilm it up dip in Rubber and use as a door stop , was always my plan for a gold good delivery bar
A great idea!
Love this
I'm from Memphis and this has happened with a missing gold bar. It was found as a painted door stop. A fedex employee was the thief.
I regret buying my £1200 telescope as we live in a light polluted country that's mostly cloudy with rain..😊
😂 I hear ya

I usually stop at 100 ounce, but admittedly that is a cool size and weight. I wouldn’t be totally opposed to having one that heavy
WHAT!!! You bought this for £3,000+ just like that... Wow, you surely are far above the ordinary stackers' league...
Never regret something that beautiful. It is an amazing piece of work. 👌👌
Wow, That is a very, very large piece of silver old friend. I think that 10 ozt bar is just plain wonderful old friend. Take care EH !
Would've been nice to hear more about the provenance of the bar itself, not just its weight. Was it made for a special purpose? What is the house on the front? Where is it from?
Have you heard of Google?
5kg, well done ! I stack gold, but the price is now eye watering. This is a very good investment going forward.
Very nice thank you very sharing enjoyed it 😀
My pleasure!

That display of our favorite metals would be a bunch of fun and educational too.
Am new on paying gold and silver love the content as I live in uk thanks

Good problem to have. We bought beans, powdered lemonade (stackable vitamin C,) water filters, tablets, then we bought silver.
that's an awesome chunk of silver...no regrets!
The older long 5k bar is one of my bucket list items. Never a fan of the square ones. Plus the premiums on those are bananas.
If you're going to buy a 5kg silver bar, then this is the one to get! You mentioned that it wasn't selling and of course that's the risk for you in the future, but my god, what a statement piece. Thanks for sharing BYB!
That Geiger bar is, wow…think that says it all. The Silver Forum 10th anniversary bar is amazing. Great work, as usual!
Hey! Don’t ever regret investing in your future! Awesome video!!
9:47 anchor a boat with it. FYI your 10oz bar is beautiful.
Can you please tell me, on what platform did you bought it? Many thanks and keep up the good job!

That's beautiful and ridiculous 😂😂
Sure is!
Great piece, good price. I don't regret watching it! 😮😂❤

Never regret buying below spot... buy with both hands. trade it out for some gold down the road.
That’s looks amazing, would put that on a mantel and definitely a conversation piece..

It could be a great foundation stone. You could build a house with these Schloß Güldengossa blocks.
This is awesome - thanks for sharing!
That bar is fucking SICK!!! Amazing buy!!!
It's pretty cool!
Nice piece!

So is it fore sale then? How much you asking?
I’ve got the exact same bar, but one gram L O L 🤓😂
Nice piece! Hindsight is a wonderful thing my friend. I suppose it could double up as a great 'door stopper!?' Which Bullion Dealer/s would you recommend to buy Silver bars from?
While you wait for the silver price to rise, you can use your new silver bar in your kitchen to rest your hot tea kettle on.
Nice! With it being square, I thought that was the packaging and was waiting for you to open a tin 😮😂.
Like 98🎉 Very large silver bar, buddy. 😊 Not so liquid I would say. Of course, you can sell it quite easily to some pm dealer. My opinion, too much money into one piece😊 Great TSF gaw, nice work 👍
Thats a quality door stop right there!
This is the item I would really love to have but it is simply too expensive but it is beautiful ❤
It really is!
When is the annual TSF 1oz bars coming?
June my friend, June
That would be nice mounted in a snug wood surround and hung on a wall. Would need to be sturdy wall fixings mind 😁

Why not? It protects against vampire bites and even gunshots. And it's much more handy than those damn 50 kilo bars.
If all else fails you can use it an an anchor for your boat.
That is a monster bar..Damn that's big..(that's what she said lol) all joking aside..I think it's pretty cool
When the comex shuts it all down from Silver really taking off you won’t regret it. I see it coming. Spot price doubles. Closed ! 😮wha?
I'm currently buying used 250g bars saves the vat in the UK as a saving at least .
Wow should have waited till the summer people are going to be partying the price might have dropped. Now I don't think I could buy more then 5 10 ounces. I bought at the peak before definitely noticed the difference in what I received in weight
I love this Geiger bars, but they are not easy to sell again
Wow exceptional piece. Not a fan of geigers myself but that's a great hunk of silver. U could always melt it down and pour a 5kg heart 😂
I HAVE NOTHING BUT GEIGER BARS NOTHING BIGGER THAN KILO SIZE, MOSTLY 10 OZ BARS THEN TONS OF SOVERIEGN COINS
Good to know!
WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING 😂
Did you get the wood crate that they use to come in? They sent it when you bought a monster box of 10 oz Geiger bars.

going for about 5400 now so... that was a good move :)

£20 an ounce for that slab is very good especially as of today silver spot price is £21.85
How do the Royal Mint post this stuff?
I want one!
Courier could be a shipment option
Buying at spot is still not a good idea when spot is riding a peak. Buy the dips. Not the peaks.
*that's about $4400 right there!* 😂😂😂😂😂
5kg is a banger would be tempted one day
I would regret buying any silver at this spike 😂
It will be liquid when you melt it down & turn it into pretty pieces
Certainly would be if I can work out how to chop it up!
Nice 🎉😊
5kg is awesome!!!
It doesn't look as good in that weight. The smaller ones make me want one. But still very nice.
I dont get the whole Geiger thing. Of course im a stacker not a collector.
geiger is the best..
Lovely piece
Too heavy
Too bulky

Very nice bar, but as you say lots of implications to think about 👍
O.O WOW
5 kilo is a fair old chunk
For such a nice bar Geiger really do ruin it with the cheap ass shrinkwrap.
Probably buy a house with that later down the road
What’s the price of that 5 Kilo silver the price of 1 ounce of gold? Lol
YOU CAN GIVE IT TO ME IF U WANT TO
I will survive with it!
chop it up and mett it and sell it at your hand poured premium. DUH
An entire kilo of price paid was tax
Melt it down and make your bars out of it
Too many flat / undecorated surfaces for me. The back looks better

If you are insinuating that I somehow hoodwinked the seller into a bad deal then you are most assuredly wrong. He contacted me.
