Man i can see why people ENJOY me struggling. This is comedy! Tanks that cant use defensives but find the "leave party" button blindfolded will allways make me chuckle :D
I'm still sort of new to Mistweaver, but I'm trying to learn, so I might actually have some advice for this! From what I can tell, the main thing yous till need is a better grasp of your cooldowns and how they interact with your various abilities. It looks like you're using Jadefire Stomp and Jadefire Teachings, which is great - that's what allows your fistweaving to do proper healing, rather than pretty much just tickling your allies. It makes a larger portion of your damage get translated into healing, pretty much, while Awakened Jadefire also buffs your melee rotation's damage - which in turn buffs the healing as well. One combo I personally really like is from the Jade Empowerment talent; it causes your Thunder Focus Tea to increase your Jade Lightning's damage by 800% AND chain to extra nearby enemies. This combo can easily top up your entire group from nearly dead to full health. Sheilun's Gift is also a great AoE heal. Aside from this, you also have access to some really strong cooldowns. Assuming you're playing with Conduit of the Celestials hero talents, you have Celestial Conduit, which is a great AoE heal AND damage ability, which lets you move while casting and gives you access to an extra, big burst of AoE healing, on a 1.5 minute cooldown. Depending on talents, you'll probably also have Revival - instant, huge burst of healing AND a dispel, 3 minute cooldown - and Invoke Chi-Ji, which basically just buffs your fistweaving while pumping out AoE heals, and can be either 2 or 3 minute cooldown depending on talents. Life Cocoon is your big single target cooldown. I'm not sure if you're using the built-in mouseover functionality, or if you've actually set up macros. But if you're using the built-in, you always have the option of setting up macros instead, which can be used for more of a target priority thing; personally, my main use is so I can heal the tank instantly, without having to manually mouse over them. I do this by setting focus on the tank, and having my macro prioritize targets in the order of mouseover -> target -> focus -> self. This way, it's easier to heal priority targets (the tank), either in a panic situation, while on the move, or while my mouse might be occupied with other things. Finally, don't quote me on this, but I don't THINK Soothing mist is really worth picking up? I don't see it used in the build guides I've been reading, and I see why; your fistweaving should be enough for the majority of situations, and if it isn't, you already have access to Vivify and other single target heals. Adding Soothing Mist just makes your entire rotation more clunky. Best of luck! I'm definitely going to keep watching this series; I have a feeling I'll be learning a lot, too.
It's awesome/hilarious to see someone go through the same struggles I went through. Healing isn't as easy as everyone thinks but it's very rewarding when you deal with damage properly with the right cds.
Bro, i know your struggle. I myself picked up a monk healer 3 weeks ago and i had no frkn idea what i was doing. And only god knows how, i allready at 2.6k rio. In my opinion its the most fun class ive played in years and its my main now. Hope you get there my friend. Keep up the good content. 🎉
As a healer main, this is nice to watch for some one who is new to healing. Check comments, Some times there are other healer mains for mistweaving for people who can help :O. (Druid/priest healer)
Tigers lust removes roots, its handy in CoT. Also in Nw last boss its an extra dispell. If you want aow healing you need sheluns gift and use properly the crakling jade lighting after using your thunder focus tea. dont understimate the power of your black out kicks, after 2 tiger palms.
Great video as always , as a main healer the best advice i could give u is just throw those cooldowns whenever someone gets low, bit by bit u will learn the damage pattern and u will make better use of your cd's , and you can check megasett videos she makes the best guides for MW !! Also a side note : Revival removes alll debuffs
Best advice for healing is panicking always makes it worse 😂 you got this! Megasett has a really good video for mythic dungeons if you're struggling. If you have a hard time getting into melee sometimes the peer into peace talent can really help in stressful situations turret healing. Again you got this, can't wait to see you evolve! OH also a weak aura to track your instant vivify is fantastic for on the move
@@houssemmessoussi9594 I pressed revival on the last boss of Ara Kara on the poison and luckily we finished her off otherwise that would have been mayhem. Thanks for the advice I've noticed I've not been using my red crane that often
I need advice on not getting declined for M+queues....609 ret pally with good dps getting declined for +5 or 6's. you getting into 2 and 3s at 560 ilvl is pissing me off its crazy
I’ve played every spec every class and healing is no question the most demanding roll. So when unknowing DPS start talking shit I just laugh. This season is the hardest since the begging of wow it’s almost unenjoyable. In high keys I literally just feel like all I do is stare at the health bars I don’t even know what’s going on around me half the time. There is wayyyyyy to many curses, poison etc… on top of the ungodly amount of pulsing damage going out. Is any other healers feeling this way? like it’s not even remotely fun as it stands.

Soom is good! You and target get a 6% DR and if you ReM/EnvM you can heal through any mechanic which is helpful in pugs where people can mess up.
Man, the quality of these is so good you deserve so many more subsribers.
Cant wait for this season! Keep up the vibes brother

I love MW. In Mists you can Paralyze every 2nd fox, but be careful as Ring of Peace does not work on them which sucks...

I gotta ask. Where do you have anywhere to get your ui?
I am new to WOW and trying to get all 3 roles to 2k, a video or a link to what you used for settin up your UI like this would be fantastic!
I mostly just use the main ones on the top of Wago for weak aura And for add-ons just big wigs and Omni CD
My old UI that I used for my demon hunter was made by StoneFaceTV which you can get by subscribing to him on Twitch
could you share you addon list please
