Oh,and the house is nice but for that price it need to be in a gated community with distance between each home or sitting on about 5 acres of land...Alone!!!😁...Overall, very nice..New Subbie here! Beautiful Home Daniel, the only cons is the neighbors are too close, not enough privacy, not enough land around the house and it is not in a gated community.
Very nice home. The only thing I would change is all the open windows. There are so many class windows even the doors. Neither are covered up. Your neighbors or who ever passing your house can see all in your house.
At first looking in the front I’m like no way for the price . But the more I saw this home it reminds me of a Chernov Team home in Cali which is way more expensive . I said all of that to say great job and great price .

Amazing what you can get for $2.5mil in Texas compared to Hawaii. A $2.5mil home here would probably be about 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft smaller and not have all of the high end materials and appliances and definitely not certified green.
