This home is GORGEOUS. The courtyard and outdoor dining and living spaces are AMAZING!! The upstairs entertaining area is definitely in order. Great home just outstanding.
Loved everything about it. I have a home that has an atrium in the middle of the house. You see it from all sides two Japanese lace leaf plants green and red plus various other plants that bloom throughout the seasons. You can see the rain and snow falling . I have a patio door which opens up in the kitchen. I leave open in the summer to cool down the hose. The house In saw today reminded me of this house.
This is amazing to see that a fully furnished home like this is available. I just love Toll Brothers! I dont expect anything less. Id sell all my items so quick! Beautiful showing Dan! What I like most is that its ALL IN ONE! Id move in my new home fully furnished.
The Bedrooms definitely are a plus in this home.You just don't find spacious bedrooms that much these day's...love smart homes as well.very easy to maintain"O" and really love the water stone features out side in the pool,and also the manicured lawn with the variety of plants in front of the house...Great job D!👍

Hello Dan. My favorite room is the spacious master bathroom. The bedroom needs to be larger and is missing a sitting area and fireplace. The closet needs to be larger or an additional closet. Like the living space. and kitchen area. The kitchen is missing a pot filler. The outside is missing the grilling station/kitchen and bathroom. Love the sliding patio doors.
