Alright, felony murder does not mean you committed the murder, it means you were involved in the murder also committing a felony. You don't have to pull the trigger, but your involvement in some way helped lead to it, or helped the trigger man try to get away.
Thia murder would have never happened were it not for this women's involvement. She wanted some drugs, and drove this man to the drug deal that went bad and got somebody shot and killed. Then she helped him get away.
This is exactly what felony murder is, her actions directly enabled the murder, and she committed them in conjunction with other felonious activities. In short, had she not been out there looking to break the law, that person would have never gotten killed.

The law that failed this woman? I want to hear about Ronald Dove. The detective in her case that was fired and jailed for 30 days for helping his girlfriend flee a murder charge. Wow

Is there a Tedtalk episode on the Chanel Lewis/Karina Vetrano case from Howard Beach, Queens? I feel as though there wil be one in the future vindicating Chanel Lewis.
P.S. These are all great stories. But, they're just that - stories. No real change occurs, and White people end up playing the Hero/the Villan, simultaneously, in much of the stories. It's ridiculous.
