    This method is absolutely the best!!! Using the rib method from Elki and this spacing formula from Terri my shades came out amazing!!!! Wish I could post a pic but its not allowing me to do so....Thank you !!!

    Would it be ok to just go with 11” spacing since it’s easy to divide by 55? Referring back to the 8”to 11” spacing preference. Thanks for the informative video 😃

      Thanks for the comment! If you are referring to the horizontal measurement between columns, yes the 11" spacing is likely to be fine. Keep in mind that the farther apart the columns are spaced, the more dipping or swagging in between. If you use ribs in your shades, your horizontal column spacing can be much farther apart without sagging. Check out Elki's RIBBED ROMAN SHADES courses to learn more!
