Is me being afraid to see my partner in order to avoid " what if I'm not going to be happy with him or what if he looks ugly or what if it goes bad" and anxiety feeling apart of Rocd ? It's not letting me even want to talk to my partner yet almost every interaction I have out alone or with others is fine! It sucks bc it just feels like I'm walking on eggshells constantly. My body just wants a sign that I'll be happy or something but it feels nothing but anxiety and fear when texting him, I don't even have the desire to anymore and it sucks.
I am sorry that you are going through so much anxiety, it definitely must not be easy for you, but know that you are not alone! That sounds to me indeed like ROCD. Know that, unless your partner is really giving you reasons to fear him, then it is your ROCD that is creating this. I suggest you expose yourself gradually to that feeling without running away and find a way to relax into it. The less you fear it by slowly exposing yourself to it, the more confidence you will build around him.
