I just finished my first Homeworx candle for Thanksgiving in the scent of Mulled Berry Cobbler and it was strong! So excited to try most of them and I've been buying them from the outlets. Yankee will always be my first burn all year long. Woodwick's Santal Myrrh (new fragrance) is burning now. Nice haul.
Hoping you’ll do a burn review for Dreaming of a White Christmas. Wicks are super thin, and there was no scent throw at all for me. 😢

Did you ever figure out what was going on with the scent notes of Over the River and Through the Woods? The old scent notes said " sugared clove, fresh blue spruce, nutmeg, and vanilla bean". I had to look it up myself. The old notes sound like a candle I would love. The new notes sound like a totally outdoors tree scent which is not the category of scents I like. This is confusing.

Dreaming of a white Christmas, it sounds amazing I like anything marshmallow but how prominent and strong is the peppermint? It peppermint is too strong I get a blasting headache. Do you smell a lot of the marshmallow? Thank you for your time, great review!
Peppermint is there. Not strong. Marshals is the dominant note

I am new here. I love those candles from QVC but I have such trouble with their shipping. I have ordered, the item is in stock, and then they say it is backordered. Does anyone else have problems with their shipping? Thanks.

Sometimes if the order isn't processed within a certain amount of time QVC has done that so they can process the order from my account, then it would go back to processing and then they shipped the item...Just don't cancel the order..they have 45 days to try and fulfill it...I think I may have had one or two actually cancel on me out of years of ordering.

@@marvinmonroe3462 I don’t think that’s accurate. Melanie did a video and said it smelled a lot like Nutmeg and Spice which makes me think it is the same scent as its original namesake. I actually had an original one that I finished recently, and it definitely still had a gourmand, Cinnabon scent after about 4 years.
I am so scared to order it. I want it to be gourmand as she suggests. The old notes definitely included vanilla, nutmeg, and clove. The new notes have not one single gourmand note. This is confusing!
@@carterzmom Melanie would know if the scent had changed from the original and wouldn’t mislead people. Also, they wouldn’t call it a returning favorite if they had changed the scent. It is not a totally gourmand scent, but as I said, it does smell like cinnamon buns to me. It also definitely has a balsam note to it. I don’t think this candle screams Christmas, but it is a warm, cozy scent for the winter. I would guess they didn’t want to use nutmeg, cinnamon or spices in the scent notes, as it might compete with the Grandma’s Gingerbread candle that is available, and they didn’t want customers to be conflicted about which one to buy.
