Thanks for all your hard work in making this video. It was very helpful to me when deciding if I should buy the ebike with the regular battery or the long-range battery.
These have come along way in tech and range, i remember having a front wheel hub and battery pack i bought 2nd hand and put it on my bike to get to work when i had a back injury. Electric is the future!
I ride on pas0 gear7. My bike is a xp2.0 with 11-32 gears and 10in bmx bars so i can stand to get all the power down. My girl also has an xp2 and rides on pas2
Thank you for your comment. We where trying to get the tire size accurate. So you have to change it in the display. If not correct your mph and mileage will be off. You have to go to p6 on your display. To change the tire size. Hold plus and minus at same time for about 2 seconds then you will see p1. Tap plus until you see p6. That will be where you change the tire size. Tap plus or minus to make the changes. This you will have to miss with a few times until you get the right size.
@@homesweetholly1290 thank you. I had assumed that would have been set correctly for the factory tires prior to shipping. Now you have me thinking…maybe not? Guess I’ll have to do some distance measuring then figure it out.
Watched the whole thing. We're considering these bikes and whether to get the extended battery or not, so good info here. What's it like peddling w/o using the assist at all? We once did 27 miles on mountain bikes, but that was a mistake, forgot the truck was parked farther away. :) Are these ebikes a lot different in feel compared to a regular bike? There's no place to try them out around here. Was looking at the Rad Cruiser which also is on sale but seems very hard to transport. Also not hot on the 4 inch tires. Good vid.
Thank you for watching! The bikes feel fine without the pedal assist. I have no problem pedaling with out it. They are lot heavier then a regular bike but after a few rides we really enjoying them. If you have not subscribed yet can you please help us out. If anymore questions feel free to ask.
This is Julie. I feel like these bikes handle pretty similarly to a regular bike. Not hard to maneuver at all. On flat ground, I can ride just fine with no pedal assist. But it’s sure nice to have it on the hills! If you keep in mind that you are doing most of the work, and the motor is just assisting you, you can go a long way on one battery. And you’ll get a good workout. Or if you prefer to go on more of a ride and let the bike do it all, it will last much less. Good luck on the decision! Let us know what you decide! @@homesweetholly1290 Will do... I went into a bike shop today and he said whatever I do, don't get a lectric bike because they have been catching on fire. Sounded a tad desperate to me.
@D Me.I think that you will have some that might catch fire but I think the odd are good that they will not. We have had our bikes for 4 months now and no fire. We are careful when charging and unplug them when they are done.
I did use some pas 2, but I wanted to show people that you can go lot further on the bike with little battery and lot of leg power. I like to challenge myself. It’s about using the bike power only when you need it. Not draining the battery if you do not need to.
Y’all really know how to stretch those batteries! I added a second battery to my XP 2.0 step through using All Electric Wheel’s dual battery controller. Just curious but how much of the ride do y’all use just the motor?

That what we had to do
Trial is big but definitely it was good health practice and fun. I love cycling never tried electric bikes yet
They are lots of fun
Great job guys !
Thank you! It was a great ride! Bobby’s actually still going on the same charge…up to 74.5 miles and counting!
Great ride guys 🔔😎 28 miles!! Awesome
Thank you but we did ride 52 miles in two days
Get the long range battery
Hi don’t need it. Thank you for watching!
@@homesweetholly1290 lol ok it's definitely worth it
I only get 15 miles or so per charge.
May I ask what pas level are you in? Also how much do you pedal? These small things can make a difference in your mileage.

Wow!!!!! Thats farrrr
It was a great ride!!
Why did he do a range test at pedal assist 0, I'm confused?

They are great bikes
What do you both have on the right side of you handlebar? Is it a light or camera?
Good morning It’s a light. Thank you for watching
Does Bobby ride in PAS 0 and you ride PAS 2 and 3
For the most part yes. Bobby will use some pas levels as needed for him.
I don’t ride all the time in 0. I ride how I feel. If one day I feel really strong I will ride in 0. Other times in 2. I just ride how I feel

Thank you for watching. We never just used the motor. We always pedal and help the bike. As the bike helps us.
I got a question how many miles can you get on PAS level 2 or 3??
Julie got 52. Miles and had enough battery power left to maybe go ten more miles
