this was the most disappointing collection on both CD and Video collection DVD. They forgot several videos for the DVD collection (Bad Girl, Oh Father, The Full version of Lucky Star not the stupid short version, Fever, This Used To Be My Playground, Love Don't Live Here Anymore AND Nothing Really matters). They also chose the worse versions of songs for the CD collection. using those awful Immaculate Collection remixes or album versions instead of the single mixes.
M a d o n n a A singles collection should use the singles themselves. The album versions are too long for some and those tired Immacualte Collection versions were overplayed. It was time they gathered the singles all in one place. Missed opportunity.
M a d o n n a "Hits" ARE singles. You can't have a hit without a release of the single. To go by your logic, this collection should be titled "Best Of" not Greatest Hits" then. BUT since every single song on here WAS RELEASED AS A SINGLE one can only see that THIS IS a Singles Collection! therefore it should be the singles mixes. Not only would the fans get the single mixes in one place, but with those mixes the songs are shorter and would make room for others that didn't make the tracklist due to time constraints. The Immaculate Collection versions are remixed and aren't even the album versions for starters. The Single Mixes are what was played on the radio and made the Greatest Hits in the first place.

So is the popular versions of Causing A Commotion, Lucky Star, Express Yourself, Burning Up, Like A Prayer, Vogue, Keep It Together, and Fever to name a few. The others were either the album versions or were edits of the album versions because they were longer than 4:30 minutes. It just makes sense, like every other artists' collections and hits albums do. As a fan, I'm expressing my opinion that I would love to have a collection that compiles all her singles in their singles forms. This collection DID use a couple of the original Single Edits like Everybody, Don't Tell Me, and 4 Minutes.
