Just another small tip that I find a lot of people miss, make sure to adapt your skincare based on your climate. If you have dry skin in a dry climate, you will need to layer more hydration than if you lived in a humid climate. Same thing for oily skin, and SOMETIMES you may not need to moisturize always if you have oily skin in a really humid climate. A derm has recommended just using a hydrating spray or smth to add light hydration for your skin then.

SLEEP- get enough sleep so that your body's overall hormonal balance is... balanced. 7. avoid stress- stress can cause hormonal changes, which can lead to pimples. if you're like me and you live a pretty stressful life, try meditating for just 10 minutes a day. it's really gonna help reduce stress and it's just good for you. 8. patience- acne isn't gonna disappear within a few hours or a few days. it takes time. i've had acne for about a year, but i've been folllowing tips that work for me and it's been getting better every day. always take care of every part of your body, not just your skin. the tips mentioned in the video were pretty good, but the ones i mentioned have personally really helped me. i hope these help you 💖

@@GamersWorldPlayz Gurrl, you need a little benzoyl peroxide spot treatment on those pesky pimples. That’s what my dermat recommended me, and always wear moisturiser too!!! And then use Vitamin C serum to get rid of those pimple marks after the pimple has subsided. Always wear sunscreen, especially when you’re using an active ingredient like Vitamin C. Always use targeted skin care specifically made for your skin concerns… Hope it helps!! 3>

the thing is um my parents wont let me see a dermotologist cuz according to my parents, theyll give me steriods and now im stuck having to deal with it by myself with no skincare cuz idk whats right for my skin and breaking out 24/7
I have to say the moisturizer tip is wrong. Trust me, I took the same advice as this to my skin and it got worse. I used an oil free moisturizer and I don’t know why but my skin got EVEN MORE oily than it was before and started getting clogged pores. After a while I stopped using a moisturizer and my skin had WAYY LESS acne and almost no oil! Just to say, everyone’s skin is different and do what you think is right for YOUR skin, not what others tell you.

Girl , actually i m 16 and i visited a dermatologist few weeks ago and she suggested me to not use sunscreen and even moisturizer because according to her it is not good to use these products in teenage because our skin is developing in teenage years and we should not apply chemicals to it.
My skin is allergic to sunscreen i guess cuz every sunscreen i have used makes my face itch so i avoid sunscreen but for moisturizer i use simple aloevera gel
