Being 1st a scotch guy, Dunbar, Scotland (my logo )+ my grand parents imigrated from there. I love bunna, cant wait for the cask strength, been there 2x on 10 day golf trips, now wanna go back for more disterlly tours. Arran ,Edradour, Kilkerran & Springbank are others you have to try for a “relaxing” experience. 😊 🎄 ❤ 🥃
I would love to vacation there, that is bucket list for me. I have had samples of Kilkerran and Springbank. Haven’t tried Arran or Edradour so lots of gaps to fill in next year as I explore the category more.
bunna also uses 2 distillation cycles. One for 48hrs and another for 110 (which I assume gets a lot of esters) and then those two get mixed before going into the cask. :) They have the tallest stills on Islay so a lighter whisky! Love the sherry on this one ❤️ it's such a cool distillery!!
Great stuff for sure. I found the 2021 cask strength to be a high proof version of the 12 year shelfer, which is really cool. I'm planning on cracking the 2022 cask strength over the long weekend.
yeah man! all over this one...love it...Ex-bourbon and ex-sherry maturation
Ex-sherry too, that makes sense.

What do you think of this 12 year?
@@helloagainwhiskeyfriends I love it!! One of my go-to, just like you said! It's just so solid and friggin delicious! I also can't wait to try the CS.

Definitely bourbon drinkers enjoy this baby.
I'm thinking you will really enjoy their 2022 12 CS at over 56% ABV, a real sherry BOMB!!
