    I wonder how effective it is in winter? My finger[print] doesn't even work on the Interac/credit card store machines...I think I'd be 'left out in the cold' with this one. A great idea, though.

    More interested in that clear draft excluder down the side of the door. Does it work to keep drafts out?

    OK Did anyone Install it and what problems did you have and would recommend we buy it (we already did) and install it ourselves. If you think it may present problems could a handyman install it???

    • @Jeffreviews4u
      @Jeffreviews4u  2 месяца назад +1

      This is a pretty simple install. I think a handyman shouldn't have an issue as long as they understand the electrical component. Thanks for stopping by and commenting 🙂

    That’s a cool lock system… Lots of options for entry and I still like that there is a key there in case you need it and the USB c charger port Is a good thought also

    Some major bullet points weren't even touched upon with your review. A) does it integrate with Alexa? B) does it have temperature requirements, I've it doesn't work well in below freezing environments or hot direct sun environments. C) locking should be done by a single key press, not having to scan your print. D) what features does the app give you.
    Overall this was a very poor review. You did little more than talk about the aesthetics and installation; virtually nothing about the operation.

    You can still pick it from the key lock waste o money

      Sadly, most locks can be picked relatively fast. But I get what you're saying. Thanks for stopping by and commenting 👍

      Another channel has a video about this lock. I think you probably know which one. Anyway, picking is very fast. The physical lock uses a nonstandard keyblank. So good luck getting spares. (Lock Picking Lawyer)

      I don't know why people get upset about the idea of a lock being pickable.. every lock with a keyhole is pickable, without a doubt... However... who cares? if someone wants in your house they dont need to pick a lock.. they throw a brick through a window.. 😅
