    大家,新年快乐!新年还没过完哦~哈哈。。初八快乐!新年最喜欢吃这饼干了,不过两下就给人抢完,因为很好吃。杏仁脆片! 原来超容易做,制作过程前后30分钟就搞定可以吃了。很薄,很香,很脆,可口~~ Yumyum~~

This is my New Year's favorite cookies to eat, but they literally gone within minutes, robbed grab, because it’s too delicious. Almond crisps! Almond Florentine Crunchy Cookies! Super easy to do, the entire making process is only 30 minutes, then you get to taste them. Very thin, very fragrant, very crisp, delicious ~ ~ Yumyum ~~

    2 Useful tips
    (1)爱心提醒:大家一定要用Parchment paper烘烤纸 而不是普通烘烤纸,饼干才不会粘哦~ (买Parchment paper: amzn.to/2Sx1927)

    这个食谱特别的好!解释得特别仔细!最后剩下50克的麦芽粉就把原本的分量除3,三种的瓜子的分量我有做交替,只要分量加起来是一样就可以了。❤️❤️❤️

    這做法真的是很簡單沒錯
    不過很有致命點
    就是容易碎掉,麥芽糖粉不容易均勻,沾太少或沒沾到的會散開
    連合在一起是考麥芽糖粉
    連在一起
    如果可以讓他有濃稠度
    就樣會更完美
    在台灣的人
    麥芽糖粉
    賣烘焙的食品行
    都有
    如沒有
    可以前到
    旺來昌
    旺來欣
    都有賣
    如果不吃太甜者
    這個配方不適合做
    我做製作失敗
    這失敗率很高,不適合新手做
    不過謝謝版主

    I just tried. Its really messy. Nuts seem too much even when i followed amount indicated. Seem only bottom stay intact wz the powder while the top part wz nuts falling all over🤣

      Bakery aisle 或从亚超买麥芽糖用小火加一点牛油,炒温和烘过的豆类一起放烤箱,大概四五分钟或看烤箱的体积而定

      Super sticky that it sticks to hand is it?means it's underbaked, u can rebake them 5minutes more until they are crispy...
