    Hi Fish Yi, can I use self raising flour or all purpose flour instead of high protein flour? Which type of flour has better crispiness? Pls may I know what's high protein flour ? Can you share how to diy high protein flour? Thanks

      No need, if want also can 150°c bake for few minutes

    Hello. Will it spoil the overall taste if I use lesser sugar and baking it smaller, example, instead of 12, it’s 16? Would the time or temperature for baking change? Thank you in advance!

      No need change, but make sure bake until evenly golden

      You can change the amount of sugar and for the size , just keep an eye on while it is baking. Trust me, it will works

      混合好冷藏30分钟,取出均匀铺平就可以入烤箱了
