    请问要如何烤均匀,我的就旁边变褐色但中间还蛮白的,成品就旁边的是脆的而中间是软的😂

    I tried 2 times and it stuck on the baking paper even when cooled. Impossible to peel off the baking paper so I actually do a quick dip in a bowl of water and the paper then can be peeled. Then I put it back into the oven for another 5mins.
    Should I spread some grease on the baking paper?

      Do you using parchment paper? and fully baked until golden brown like 4:19?
      if yes it wont be stick on the baking paper and can take it out easily☺

      Hi, mine is just slightly brown at the edges for 15mins of baking... even after I extended baking for another 10mins when the whole tray turns brown but the paper still stick tightly ☹
      Perhaps next time I try to bake on a reusable baking sheet. Thanks for sharing your recipe....it tastes great!

      Since this recipe are using egg white, so you need to spread out into a very very thin layer and fully baked until evenly golden brown

      hi你好,我的情况也是一样,更本拿不出来,饼粘在纸上。冷热也一样,烘到杂豆变成brown colour 也一样。而且试了几次也是一样。真是不明白。
