Even if you have an PSU that doesn't supply enough wattage to your system, it WILL turn on unless you're PSU is just egregiously underpowered for your configuration. It will just shut off when you exceed the maximum wattage it can supply, but idling should still be fine. If your PC is not turning on at all, no lights no fans spinning or nothing, and you checked that all of your cables are properly seated, it's likely that your motherboard is faulty. They are one of the most likely components to fail, and a system being completely unresponsive to pressing the power button is a common symptom of a dead motherboard.
Couple years ago i had an issiue with my pc not turning on. Sometimes it started after one press sometimes 20th. After couple of days trying found out that the psu cable to the wall was faulty. Didnt expect that at all.
I have this issue, computer will boot then suddenly shuts off. Checked everything you have mentioned, this goes everytime, power button not working sometimes then I bypass it in the motherboard.
