- i really hope this helped alot of people because i haven't really seen all that many front twisting tutorials on youtube. please give this video a thumbs up and i hope you were able to learn how to front spin!

BRO!!! I WAS AT THE 2INFINITY MEETUP WITH U AND U TOLD ME THE SAME THING, throw one arm out and bring the other one to you and i got my twists way better now using that technique, i was doing fridolfs with u but i never landed it but now i have it way way cleaner using that technique,really helps out a lot.. thanks lel m8 ;)

I love this tutorial. Ive been waiting for it forever. Ive been tryna learn front 360 and i keep front 180 and then twist my hips to get the extra 180. So glad this tutorial came out. Road to rudy boys 😁😂

DailyFilms TV Learn how to do a cork first then try doing it standing on the tramp, then try it flatground on some beds (mattresses) and when you feel comfortable try it without the mattress

Dread Purge its better if you treat it as a kick on the ground when fiddle learning. Rather than standing.
I always teach baranis through half gyros and then twisting earlier and earlier. Makes it a lot cleaner than the round off method imo and it's a very gradual progression - front tuck is a prereq tho obv.

I'm a gymnast and I wanted to learn this so I watched this video and when u said a round off with no hand I was like oh so an aerial and I'm just going to keep my legs together that's just an easyer way of doing it

I spin to my right so when I do rudis I have my left arm up and bent at a right angle so it covers my face and my right arm I have wrapped around my left side and then I whip my right arm to the right, and at the same time I throw my left arm down and I get my flip and the twist at the same time on take off and you should try it.

I have this weird thing... When a want to back twist, I spin towards my left, but if i want to front twist, I spin towards my right, I can spin waaaayy better towards my left, but I can't do it in my frontflip.... any tips or something??

I like it but... the thing is I just learned that those aren’t full frontflip twist in reality, since the twisting is been made without the head below your full body!
