Loved this video. You make a lot of salient points and cautionary advice about buying a 30 year old LC. Let me point this out to you: I have a 2024 Jeep Rubicon 4xe that costs over $72K USD before taxes and fees. I"m out in the forest and get a check engine light with "Service Charging System". With the brand new Jeep, I'm paying $500 for a recovery. With a LC, no such problems. A few months later, I my $72K brand new Jeep gets stuck in park. I can't turn it off, I can't shift out of park. Only resolution is to call the tow truck. But the LC gets 11 MPG! Once the electric jeep runs out of battery I'm getting 14 MPG, pretty terrible. I'll take my chances with a 30 year LC that I can trouble-shoot myself out on the trail.
