okay im confused... she said she went into his house because he got her key....okay so she drove him home and he took the key out of the ignition of the car she was driving and grab his tv and ran in the house???...she didnt call the police when he would not return her key and pushed her head into the door but calls the police after the car went missing a week later???...why did she let a week go by if someone was withholding her keys???...why was a police report not written or shown in court?...ill tell you why.. because she was sleeping with him he got what he wanted and didn't want to mess around with her anymore and she wanted to show out on him and she caught feelings for him and he was not having that

Cyge Firstcaste I know that you can "hand over" leases and loans for cars but what I got from the video was that one person sold a car to another person without signing over the title, no banks or leases involved, and in my understanding the title holder is the legal owner Like the example you gave with the bank, the bank is technically and legally the owner of the car untill it's paid off. So basicly "buying" a car from a person and not getting the title is like throwing money at someone and then taking off in their car, the seller could easily claim that you stole their car or that they just lended it to you.
