What are the incentive structures of us staffing?
Every US Staffing Company Have different Different Incentive Structure's, Some company Give one Shot incentives and some give Recurring Incentives. Some Companies Give Low Incentive and Some Companies Give High Incentive.
@@VINODSINGHTHAKUR sir i have been selected for us staffing role for full time basis . Suppose if i hired a candidate based in U.S. how much incentive m going to make? Let say my salary is 25k a month.
Incentives not depends on Salary. Its depends on GP ( Gross Profit) or margin. If you earned Higher GP for company, you will get Higher Incentive or If you give less GP to Company, you will get less incentives.
