HI ROSS! GREAT TUTORIAL. QUICK QUESTION, WHAT BRUSH TOOL DID YOU USE TO DRAW THE BEAR? P.S. SORRY FOR THE CAPS LOCK. AT THIS POINT I TYPED TO MUCH TO BE BOTHERED TO START AGAIN... I COULD HAVE EVEN TURNED IT OFF HALF WAY. OH WELL.
Hei Ross. I just have 1 question . I did like you.. but i can't have the same space on the timeline section.. It's just too small to handle nicely . what you did to it ? o.O
Cool tutorial thanks for the good work, but I'm having a problem with my after effects software when I want to use the puppet pin tool is says unspecified drawing error, what can I do please help me out.
You sir, earned yourself a subscriber! Now, on the previous video you showed how to animate a single caracter. I made two of those, I want them to be in the same frame and interactive like your dinosaurs in space.. How do I get them together?
Hello, very good tutorial! I have a question and will be greatful for your answear: how to do the walk cycle in repeat without copy each keyframe? (I've used Muybridge photos)
What i the best workflow if you for example are animating to characters who are fighting? Doing it in pre comps doesn't seem like a very good idea to me. Should i just do it in one comp or is there a more forseeable way of doing it? - Thanks!
Hello Ross! Awesome tutorial. Let's say I wanted to reuse my bear animation and change the bear to, let's say a rabbit. Is it possible to reuse the animation or do I have to reanimate it ? Thank you and keep up the good job!
+Lucas Mendonca I believe if you have the same puppet pins you can just copy the frames and paste them in the corresponding place. Like so: Front arm layer -Position (you'll copy the general position frames of the layer) Puppet pin 1: -position (you'll copy the position frames of the first puppet pin) puppet pin 2: -rotation (you'll copy the rotation frames of the second puppet pin) And so forth I've done tha for simpler things, I don't know if it would work properly. And there might be an easier way. But you can try that and see how it goes
Thx u so much... It work pretty good. I have done with it... But I wonder why when I click display there are many mixed blue and green on timeline what makes video don't go smoothly... Hiw to deal with that? I tried to type space many time to play but the blue still appear with the green. And when I render as video file, still not display smoothly... So how can I do?
I don't really think I could use the bear considering I have little talent with Adobe AE, however, I think I could make it work with a dragon. Unfortunately I have little drawing talent as well, so could you put a dragon up for download?
Thanks Ross! I wouldn't have thought about adding a "turn" to the body in this way unless i'd seen this. Little revelation with my morning coffee.
Your tutorials are great. Tutorial are often instrucive and boring, but your is mostly instructing and kinda entertaining. Thanks, bad words.

Hello, I have problem, I cant find that puppet pin tool in program (I have Adobe After Effects 7).

I'm just commenting so that if anyone replies I'll see it

I have After Effects, but I don't have Photoshop, yet I was still able to open the Bear composition in After Effects.
It's Adobe product, most of them can be opened by any other Adobe software.
hola podrías hacer un video tutorial sobre el plugins Freeform - Digieffects - y dejar el link del plugin.
Gracias
