Love Mama Russia, but she definitely was her own saboteur this episode. She got in her head. Failing to answer the questions and composing her thoughts, her coming for Moi for her interpretation of Hidilyn, Moi's celebration getting cut short because of her interruption. That was not it. Mama Russia has always been giving this season, ngl. It's just that this episode might have gotten the best of her. That said, the top 3 was very well-deserved. The 3 of them did the best this episode.

14:19 This kind of lip sync/dance battle's the norm with Barangayan Showdowns for small-town gay pageants across the country (based on what I have seen on RUclips). Drag Den's a celebration of such, so I get the reason they did this. It's just too messy for TV, not to mention the over-the-top VFX added in post XD I do hope they refine this part of the format for next season; it can still be honoring the Barangayan Showdowns (the chaos, the twists), but with a touch of finesse to make it easier to watch on screens. One thing I thought was for the bottom 2 to determine elimination, while the third one battle with whoever stays for rankings. That might work if there's a "life" mechanic for the season (like each queen gets two "lives", and they lose a "life" when they get into the bottom three, lose them all and they are ligwak/eliminated)

That's different, because they're men.", and I was gagged because Mrs. Tan then asked why do hunky, sexy men get to strut off their hotness, no questions asked, while women cannot even show cleavage without the noise of people commenting about modesty, or becoming a beacon for deviant people to try and take advantage of (either catcalling or forcing themselves towards them)?

Pls continue to support Drag Den Ph. I enjoyed watching it as it's catered to Pinoy's drag culture & sensibilities.The 3 who went to the finals deserved it. One should be the whole package, Mama Ru's C.U.N.T. It's just not about having good props or being pretty. The winner has to have to be witty too, as she is representing the best of Drag Pinoys. When she gets interviewed, she has to be knowledgeable as to what they're fighting for. Grace under pressure. Of course nobody's perfect, but in this competition, one must slay every episode. So sorry, Ms. Russia Fox & Feyvah. You're both so beautiful & talented. It's not the end of the road.

Here's a theory, a producer didn't want Russia in the finale. Russia is actually known in the PH pageantry as someone who usually gets booted in the Q&A portion. So for the semi-finals to be a Q&A round with double eliminations? I know someone plotted that sh*t
Here's another theory: Russia screwed up in the Q and A part big time which got her eliminated.
If the Q and A part was in the Finale and performs as she did in this episode, she would still be eliminated or lose.

I think the special effects are okay, but it is very distracting. Especially when there are a lot of queens, but I think the barangayan show down does require a lot of people to join in thats tradition so that’s why there’s a lot of queens lipsyncing. You don't like Drag Den because it's different from Drag Race? That's the point because it's not Drag Race. Drag Den is a pageantry drag competition roots back from gay pageants. Drag Race has been doing it for 10+ with Ru who's been on TV & hosts for years. Altho, Drag Den does have room for improvement.
