Here’s what is scarier. PSA messed up twice on this. When they originally graded it. And then again when they authenticated it. They are eBay’s official authenticator for graded cards.

Internally can Psa employees do the same? Or any other grading companies do that!? I’m not saying the company but the employees? I rather them grade it in front of me
If I understand, you can most definitely drop by in person and have a card graded. Issue is that a lot of us live so far away from a hub it’s impractical. Strong customer service is critical…
Have you seen the hoops people have jumped through to garner a response 😅 It’s not a debate if… It’s the annoyance of the back and forth. And often times a grading credit for other mishaps isn’t a popular and desirable response.

Glad PSA made good on the situation but it sucks the guy had to run through hoops to get it resolved.

Nah. PSA has a guarantee. No need to worry if they graded it. They are obligated to pay you for their mistake.
