All I ever see is crowd surfing, pits and all out insane vibes. THOUGH, almost every venue does their best to *not* allow stage diving due to massive law suits they have to deal with, or possibly deal with.

Always plenty of circle pits and crowd surfing but diving has died a bit of a death because like you say, people sue, bitch and moan about health and safety.....I don't go to gigs like this for health and safety, I go for the tunes and the warzone down front, I don't feel like I've been to a good gig unless I limp out, getting hurt is half the fun :)
