It's obvious to me at least that this was a masterclass of a nothing burger that honestly has nothing to do with us so there was no reason they should have actively destroyed his career, but we all know how the internet is. Your history theory makes a lot of sense, people have often allied in the face of a threat even if they are completely different whether racially (I mean species by the way not skin color) culturally or ideologically just look at ww2 the allies and soviet leadership clearly distrusted one another and many hated each other but as long as the axis powers were a threat they were willing to play nice. So, that Grogar was a big enough threat for ponies and perhaps other species to work together and form kingdoms and governments make sense. That also includes monsters Grogar was described as the "father of monsters" which monsters are unknown, after all we see timber wolves, cockatrices, hydra's etc along with other creatures that may have once been his creations but have evolved like the sirens or dragons, after all a thousand years ago during flash magnus times dragons seemed a lot more violent and willing to go on rampages and raids fairly frequently. While by the time of twilight a dragon just being close to a pony settlement and doing nothing but sleeping was considered unusual and worrying, they seem to have mellowed out somewhat. I can see the militaries being formed with the need of protecting the homesteads and family tribes but suddenly you no longer have as many people farming and their is greater need for resources such as metals (miners) for weapons and armor, along with blacksmiths to make them, healers to take care of the wounded and who knows how many other occupations were created with the need to have 24/7 protection. A lot less people could farm so a more efficient farming system would have to be put into place, to support the protection, people also began to move together for safety and resources since I doubt everyone had an iron mine for example within cantering distance. So, not only was there less farm hands but now it had to support more people. Similar to our world their first kings or chieftains probably came from the commanders of the permanent fighting men as they would have a great deal of control over the soldiers, people and resources in order to better protect the community. They probably had to introduce some form of ration system along with telling farmers what and where to plant in order to ensure the most bountiful harvest, from this the governments and kingdoms formed and slowly spread and absorbed other kingdoms similar to it since there seemed to be a single kingdom per pony subspecies by the time of the wendigo's.
Yeah, even back in G1, Equestria wasn't even called Equestria back then, it used to be called Pony Land. Imagine if Tirek said this while explaining to Cozy Glow on who exactly was Grogar. "Grogar is ancient, extremely powerful. Before Equestria was even called Equestria, it used to be called Pony Land. And it was also nothing but mere pastors and farm folks, until he declared himself to be emperor".
But there’s one more thing…. 3 different tribes, unicorn warriors, didn’t interact much, pasture and open farmland. Kinda sounds like something that could come from a new generation. Maybe Grogar returns, sunny and her friends try to stop him, but he is to powerful so sunny tries to cast a banishment spell, it works but somehow it changes time, the 3 tribes drift apart, not into enemies but they don’t communicate much, they’re cities fall resulting in open farmland and eventually, since sunny isn’t nearly as powerful as gusty the great grogar returns. It’s a chain effect and it could’ve been going on since the mists of time, or for all we know even before.

Grogar could’ve really be the overreaching overall main antagonist of the season as he was trying to use these events of villains causing trouble to gather up negative energy to build up his strength. He could’ve even setup these events to give Twilight and the others false accomplishments.
I think Grogar is overrated. He's not as omnipotent as everyone thinks. Grogar's ball is what Discord created, and we cannot know that Grogar could do this too. What we saw in Grogar's bell was that its magic was shared between Tirek, Chrysalis and Couzy Glow. That is, in theory, his strength was approximately that of two powerful unicorns or alicorns. He is not so strong, but he lived a long time ago. Having lost his strength, he apparently died alone and alone. He's just a strong ram like King Sombra, but stronger. Grogar was defeated by a random character and banished, as we heard in season 9. There was no talk of any ponies. We saw the Chimera, they are probably the most ancient. Most likely the ponies could have been created by Discord himself to have "fun" with them

Most probably because the unicorns and pegasi were going through the same problem in the past: Grogar's tyranny when he was declared emperor. So despite their hate towards each other, they still decided to put their differences aside, at least until the war was over. And finish Grogar together if they wanna put an end to his tyranny.

A 15-year-old fan (a name I've seen is Ash) was a big fan of Sawtooth and made art and videos for him. He eventually saw them and thanked her for the art. They became friends, talking about MLP theories. He has done this with many fans and even featured some in collabs on his episodes. Eventually she confesses that she has a crush on Sawtooth (whom had just turned 19), making him feel awkward about their relationship and initially denying her feelings back. Some weeks later, the conversation came back again he came back with a "maybe if you were older" type comment which gave her hope in that they could be a couple when she was older but for now would just be friends.
Over the next year or so, they would become much closer, talking more openly about things like mental health, family situations, et cetera. They were essentially online bf and gf but didn't do too much apart from roleplay and virtual hugs and kisses. Typical teenager stuff. Then her mother comes in, and she is quite abusive to Ash and threatens Sawtooth to stop talking to her. This is when both parties realised how serious this relationship could be. They didn't want to give up being friends but were willing to put themselves at distance. They would go weeks or even months without talking because of her mother's rules, but they did occasionally mail to each other (as they had done prior while sending fanart to each other). During these separations, she became even more obsessive than she was to the point that she started ignoring her studies and failing in school. On the few times they did reconvene, Sawtooth warned her to not ignore school but she ignored his warnings.
By about 2019, they were barely in any contact. Her mother placed a final strict separation between them, though Ash would still text Sawtooth, even though he refused to text back because of her mother's boundaries. A point that was brought up earlier was that when she turns 18, she can make her own decisions and wouldn't have to listen to her mother anymore. When she did turn 18, Sawtooth would start returning her texts and they would officially become a couple. At this point, they began exploring a mild sexual relationship (no one was forced or pressured to do anything), but this wouldn't last too long. The relationship was immediately toxic and ended barely 6 months (I believe) after it started. Sawtooth was the one to break it off.
They apparently had a momentary FWB deal but there really is no detail as to how all of that went but they were both adults at this time so it generally isn't our business but it was clear their relationship had grown sour. Then by 2022, Ash told Sawtooth that she was gonna expose him for their relationship and Sawtooth knew that if she did, he would never be trusted again because he knows how the internet is gonna take stuff like this. She got him to beg that she not come forward because it would mean the end of his channel. He would eventually accept this and stopped making videos for a while. By February, both made posts around the same time detailing their sides and Sawtooth privated his channel. She blames him for being 19 and fraternising with a 15 year-old at the time and for being the reason she did bad in school and can't go to college.
I'm not even framing it, that is literally what her trauma was; that she did bad and school and blames it on him. It's obvious to me at least that this was a masterclass of a nothing burger that honestly has nothing to do with us so there was no reason they should have actively destroyed his career, but we all know how the internet is. No one can make a mistake without being caught and cancelled for it, no matter how many years have passed or how small the mistake was.

But due to internet be toxic and unforgiving, I Hope they would stay healthy and stay away from internet. Unless they completely don't care about bad comments.
If friends meet when they are 15 and 19, but waits until the youngest is 18 with being a couple there is Nothing Wrong.
