Ingredients:
How to make Cooker Vegetable Pulao.
Carrot - 3/4 Cup ( Sliced )
BEANS - 5 - 6 nos ( Sliced )
green chillies - 3 - 5 nos ( Sliced )
Big onion - 1 nos ( half Sliced )
Green peas - 1/2 Cup
Coriander leaves
Mint Leaves
Ghee - 6 tbs
Cashew nuts & raisins( Optional )
Cinnamon - 2 - 3 Pieces
bay leaves - 1 Pieces
Cloves - 4 - 5 nos
Cardamon - 4 - 5 nos
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
ginger paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
BASMATI RICE - 2 Cups
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Coconut milk - 3 Cups ( Medium Consistency )
