Other than the interior, this looks more like a refresh.

It is a refresh, to extend the life of the G20 platform until they debut the replacement in 2028

This update looks way worse, ambient lighting is no more on the airvents on the sides. Also it’s not present anymore on the passenger side dash. Next to that, the leather cover on the steering wheel is now plastic. So this “refresh” is actually a cost saving update.

The end of the line for a model that failed to impress.
    Hopefully a serious rebirth.

    Nonsense..
The changes are minimal compared to LCI

LCi was pretty subtle apart from the dreadful iDrive 8 and horrid bumpers.

@CM.243 having bought a pre LCI 330D, the gigantic screen is pretty stunning but looks awkward. The front bumper on my M340i is awesome. As is the car

@@sandippatel1969 as in life we all have our own opinion. I think my pre LCI M340i's bumpers are far better looking than that horrendous shiny black expanse at the back. I don't like the straight vertical lines on the front either. As for iDrive 8, was in a M3 Touring recently and have to say while it is big, it is pretty retrograde step over iDrive 7 - mainly the heating controls and the 1-8 programable buttons.
But of course it is each to their own.

Hate these amateur videos. A.I. voice-over talks about one thing while the picture/video fixates on something entirely different.

    Fu** that!
Just have been delivered to me two months ago a 330e touring, which in a year from now will not only devaluate (even more) in re-sale price, as also has some important updates 🤬
    Bah!😑

Bro... I bought a 2018 330e off the showroom floor. I paid $59,052. In 2024 that car is worth $11,070 at Carmax. It depreciates so hard in the first 3 years that at one point I was $17,000 in negative equity. I finally managed to sell that car in April this year privately for $14,000. Absolutely the WORST financial decision of my life buying it.
The 330e was so unreliable that in the first year of ownership it spent 5 months at BMW being fixed. The battery and electric motor fried while charging the car in my garage. Came into my garage with the smell of battery acid. Luckily, it was covered under warranty but if not it would've been an $11,000 repair bill.
NEVER buying another new BMW in my life again. I've since switched to a new Audi RS3 and the car has held value strong. I've only had $1,000 in depreciation in a year of ownership.

@@Idk910 That’s great to know. How is the RS as a daily driver?

@@Idk910German plug in hybrids always depreciate strongly. Perhaps, do more research next time. A similar age 330i would not have dropped in price as much. If you're worried about depreciation, stay away from anything German, hybrid or EV. They will suck the money out of your life and leave you in ruin. At the least the RS3 is a beast
