We make a lot of wine from wild berries and fruit, and currently use the boiling method to extract juice - boiling the fruit with water in a big pan.
Does anyone know what difference there would be between juice extracted with a juicer, and the boiling method?

You should be able to take the cage and gasket off
I have juiced this way for years 1 hour at most should be enough to do one load of fruit.
