Review of a low cost Wen plate compactor from Menards. Highly recommend for the price. Performs very well compared to the much higher cost Honda brands. 4000lbs of compacting force.

I'm looking at new ones & there's a "CARB" compliant one for 628 dollars & a "Standard Engine" one for 789 dollars. Now I am not sure about the "CARB" compliant thing, whatever that is.

CARB means it’s emissions compliant set by California standards. I’d go with that one plus it lower cost. Thanks for watching
