Crock pot French onion soup , easy recipes , slow cooker recipes
Ingredients
1 kg white sliced onions
80g butter
2 tbsp corn flour
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp thyme
1 bay leave
1 tbsp sugar
200ml white wine
1 litre beef stock ( 2 stock cubes )
Cheese (Emmental or Gruyère )
Rustic bread or baguette sliced
Salt and pepper

Apologies I lost the clip where I assembled the toast and cheese topping. Just add grated cheese then toast and then more cheese on top and put into the oven for 10 mins until the cheese has melted.
