It was me that you had to argue with. I was like "yes I start to call less 1.4x pot vs 1.3x" and also I am that guy who plugs 12NL hands into GTOWizard which costs me my entire annual win-rate as the subscription fee for the software. I grind out five dollars every 500 hands but then give it back when I get frustrated and five-table 3000 hands before losing 3 buy-ins and then drunkenly hollering at Nick Eastwood getting sucked out on in a youtube short. I have tendonitis and rotator cuff tears from clicking so much and I can barely see the screen. I have paid $4000 in rake to break even over 2 million hands. I also love trading options, and let me tell you about how various shitcoins will replace fiat currency. GME army! Not everyone gets to reproduce!
Good to keep in mind that imperfectly executed GTO-like strategies can't make any money at usual rake levels. You've gotta play much, much more exploitatively, or else give up the game for good. Here's some general tips on exploitative play for anyone who is interested: (a) Overfold facing aggression in the vast majority of spots against the vast majority of players (since most spots are underbluffed, not overbluffed) (b) Stubbornly refuse to pay an unfair price with your draws. Your implied odds are worse than the solver thinks they are, since most players underbluff turn and river, which trains pool to overfold the turn and river (c) Play altogether fewer suited connectors from each seat regardless of what Preflop Guru says (since the only reason to play these is to add deception value into your game, which is only necessary against really capable people) (d) Focus less on protecting your range and more on extracting value when you've got it (e) Make ridiculous bluffs against players who play face-up, simply because you know that trips will fold facing a jam even if it's meant to be used as a bluff-catcher with some frequency (f) Look for more ways to get your chips in the middle when you've got it. For example, on a Td-9c-6d board, you should be jamming 87s facing basically any amount of aggression, because it'll probably look like you've got a combo draw (g) Notice the players who "blast off" whenever their opponent checks. Try checking top-pair or better against them on a wet flop (h) Learn to walk away from tables in which you have an aggressive player on your left (i) Stop making squeeze plays against rocks who are capable of limping premiums. Instead, limp in with them, hit your set, then value bet relentlessly

I'm not sure any of this applies to 2nl and would fall into fancy play syndrome. I've stopped bluffing almost always now, they just call anything even when they have air...
I play 2nl when I have time to burn and they will fold just know who to do it with and what boards they will fold key here is really who don’t do it against someone that calling and if you know they a station over bet your value they going to pay u off with bottom pair
I play in a game with very aggressive players and I have a table image as a nit. If I want to make money I have to check call medium strength and better hands. If I bet they fold. But this has allowed me t o get some rare bluffs through.
I like to think like this when it comes to building pots when I got good hands. If the villain folds it is still great value because he doesnt get to see my hand and it will probably put him on tilt so he is more likely to call the next time.

Is the range bet on K54ss really that bad? If I remember correctly, I think in some videos Pete makes a case for betting a lot OOP to avoid situations where IP makes a lot of float bets when checked to and we then have to check-fold a lot OOP. Also, K high boards are in general quite good for the pre-flop raiser. Can someone explain why it is not a range bet? (It is not a range bet BTN vs BB either). Is it because of the flush draw and because of the two connected low cards that make straight draws and two pair with K5s, K4s and 54s possible? And of course the BB has 55 and 44 for sets too. If it was less connected, like K83 rainbow, would a range bet be OK? I suppose part of the reason might also be that ranges are wide SB vs BB so that the AA, KK, AK, KQs region which the SB has a monopoly on is quite a small part of the total range?
Theoretically, sure SB vs BB ranges are relatively similar and you're playing OOP. Playing exploitatively, people overfold that flop texture which is the argument for range betting in the first place. The point is that, exploitatively on your part, you should be realising that this is what is happening in pool and re-exploiting it.

In the first example if I bet on a river with 39 they will call 80% off the time because i play low stakes so it doesnt matter to them tbh. U need to be playin against a player that understand poker because most of them will just call a bet lol
This doesn’t work. There are lots of spots where we bet the flop and villain calls. Turn goes check-check. And then on the river our range is still lower EV than villain’s and some of our range is -EV to bluff in theory. Mandatory river bluffs are spots where we have a range advantage and very low showdown value. Poker isn’t that easy.
Thats scary i would do a lazy range bet there because ive been using postflop plus and it seems to bet in spots like that a lot,it has improved my play but when you talk about raising with the prospect of having to call down with a lot of semi junk its scary.

I’m going to try it out a bit but that’s my opinion am from observing how other people play. I actually went from losing to winning by bluffing wayyyyyy wayyyy less bc people call down so wide unless you really bet huge. So assuming I try out a block bet here and I am getting called by 22+. Should my adjustment be to give up or should my adjustment be to bet bigger?

And from watching hands that im not in I HAVE noticed people will call the flop at almost 90% of range but then fold like 50-80% of range on turn. But I also see things like Q7ss cbet on KT9sdd, call pot xr, call 2/3 pot on turn [3c], and then fold river. Villain is supposed to call those hand that does not mean bluffing is minus 0EV. If you block like 25% on the river you need IP to fold 20% to breakeven on the bet. So what you need to see if he has enough trash that folds then compared that to other sizes if you split on the river (id split 25/150) too se what makes most money.
The thing with the AcQh hand, when they checked river. The pot was the same size whether they folded turn or river. So betting the turn and them folding did not effect your payout. That bet there had minimal downside and only upside considering the hand that hero had. It would also be likely that if villain had AA, then they would have bet turn.
Cbetting is fine in that spot, but you have decent showdown value, so it is a mandatory cbet. 932 is never a range bet in theory. My guess is that cbetting frequency BU v BB (there is no real solver spot BU v SB flat call) is around 65% (half of which is small size, the other half big size).

Best way to beat a nit is to call the preflop raises with speculative hands so you can crush their over pairs with two pair and straights and flushes and if you miss get the hell out of the way. When you sense weakness and the board brings a scare card on the turn or River don’t be scared to fire because remember , they are nits so if they don’t have it they’re gonna lay it down. If you get any resistance don’t make hero calls against nits. In comparison if you’re playing against aggressive players you do the exact opposite, sit and wait for a hand and let them punt their chips to you. Don’t try to bluff those idiots and find more hero calls. If they’re players who come over the top as a bluff/semi bluff a lot min check raise with your nutted hands on dry boards.

I think he would continuation bet with king high and he has a lot of kings in his preflop range, we would 3 bet preflop a lot of our kings, and most importantly we are more likely to call the flop with a pair. I don't feel like this is a mandatory bluff

It's a trend now to flat on sb in rush games. First you save rake, cuz gg charge preflop 3b rake and bb isn't punishing sb flats by squeezing enough.

What I am missing on the first point re: Block Bet is how much do you bet? Bluff, yes, but what sizing would you recommend in such spots?

I play 200nl and loads of people still range bet that board at those stakes lol. It's not bad at all vs mediocre regs. It's pretty bad in theory.
