I didn't realize it released so recently it's fantastic, I feel bad for people that haven't played it, or played just the first portion without unlocking more mechanics. by far the best metroidvania I've ever played, and very high up there as far as platformers go.
So glad to see this on the GDQ stage! Been loving this game ever since I played the original game jam version and it's quickly grown to be one of my favorite metroidvanias. Hopefully more people give this gem a shot after seeing it here :3
Holy crap I was hoping to see this game at GDQ!! I bought it on a whim after seeing a review on some random site one day but then I got stuck/lost while playing and kind of gave up. This is definitely my sign to finish my game! Great run btw did not disappoint!
The look of the game is simple, but it sounds and looks nice on a technical level. Great commentary from the runner as well. All in all a very enjoyable run
thank goodness a GDQ that doesn't have terrible games. I used to love the old GDQ's watching the couch and obscure and classic games being run. Game selection the last year or two has been bad. I hope they continue in this direction.
As impressive as the run is; props to Jaxler for being able to be so informative WHILE speedrunning it.
Legitimately one of the best games to come out this year, and it's only 6 bucks!

This was great, he was super engaging and fun especially as a solo runner

God the movement tech in this game is so insane. I KNEW it'd be fast but not 13 minutes fast !
This game seriously reminds me of Prince of Persia. Very nice execution.
Yeah, it does give POP vibes also the music and graphics also give Zelda and ico vibes
