Just sat and watched all of your videos. what a pleasure.I'm moving into a bigger workshop and getting a Felder combination machine soon, this made me so excited. Your attitude to work is what everyone wishes they could be bothered to have. Thanks for the videos!
Excellent solution to keep the shop clean and safe! I’m sure you spent many joyful hours in the shop, just because it is a great setup and strangely enough ‘homely’.
Timothy, you are greatly missed. Please post some more so we can keep up with what's happening with you. Your fans (of which there are many) love watching you work.
Absolutely love that shop and tools. I think I would watch a video if it were just you turning on the lights in there and drinking a cup of coffee in the morning lol...
Very nice build and what a useful addition to your workshop! I think i build something like that too, once i got a bigger dust collector. But i don't like the hammer massage on that poor little neodymium magnet. The magnet material oxidizes and loses magnetic strength if the chromium coating is damaged. Also that brittle coating can shrapnel into ones eye, guess where I know that from!
Your projects always come together so precisely. Nice build. Shame about the MDF splitting near the end. (My rule for MDF is allow 40mm from the edge and always pre-drill the length of the screw.) Thanks and cheers, David.
I agree, but those neodymium magnets can probably take quite a bit of light hammering like Tim did before they lose their magnetism or (i assume) shatter. Cheers, David.
Have you experiences or a source for this? I have made such experiments 30 years ago, i could reproduce, what i had learned. With a hammer it was easy, to kill magnets.
No source, just playing around with the magnets out of the old ATA, SCSI and SATA hard disk drives. They would take a fair beating and the magnets were still incredibly strong. Cheers, David.
Hi Timothy Is the magnet strong enough to keep the inspection door closed? Perhaps it could work with the door the other way, upside down ? Great idea though. Geoff
It works, but only because it's a very strong little magnet. This way it stays open when opened and gives easy access. The other way around that would be more complicated.
Groetjes Marc
Very nice. Why the bottom plate? I'm thinking the floor should be the bottom plate, that way there would not be a step for the sawdust to get stuck on.
The idea is to improve the air flow with a 45 degree angle, I used the thinnest material I had to avoid a step. Without you would have a 90 degree angle, and maybe the dust in the angle would not get sucked up.
Tim, on previous build I saw you going to your table saw with a sheet of paper, and sometimes we see your list of cuts, obviously you use a computer, but I was wondering what software do you use to make your plans, and that generates a list of materials? Thanks and waiting for your next video....
It's great basically, would buy the same without a doubt. The only annoying part are the small nylon wheels under the cart, they get stuck behind the slightest obstacle.
I use dust collection and have two air filters with active charcoal filters running, but I very rarely use green mdf, the only type is still use is mdf-zero without formaldehyde.
As much as I appreciate this beautiful shop, there is no way he can afford this shop by making and selling plans to other woodworkers or a You Tube channel. I have a cabinet shop and know the amount of work it takes to make a good of it. And a small shop has to put out a lot of work to keep the doors open.
Nice build. But you dont use gloves while gluing epoxy? It’s quite toxic since the molecules are small enough (less than 600 molar) to pass directly through your skin and into your body. I’m only saying it to be nice. ;-)
Yes, I was really hoping to see the dog snag that block of wood after you shut down the dust collector at the very end. BTW, what's his/her name? Oh yeah, the project and video were great too. ;-)
Her name is Cannelle (cinnamon in French) almost 7yo and totally insane yet incredibly clever, she still snagged the block after. Maybe I'll start filming her crazy doing s and compile a video.

Nice addition. I just can't get over how nice a shop you have. Thanks for sharing your ideas and projects.
Love to see an update of how the workshop has progressed over the last few months.
Excellent solution to keep the shop clean and safe! I’m sure you spent many joyful hours in the shop, just because it is a great setup and strangely enough ‘homely’.
Miss this shop so I just watched this video to have a chance to hang out here again
Great job AGAIN, what a talented creative young man
Such attention to detail! Truly love your shop!
Those are nice. My RV came with one like that. Sweep the main area up and to a vent that auto activates the vacuum when I lift the gate open.
Great job Tim, very well crafted. Looking forward to more videos.
Al from Maryland
As always, a very neat and thought through construction ! Excellent !
Timothy, you are greatly missed. Please post some more so we can keep up with what's happening with you. Your fans (of which there are many) love watching you work.
he got another youtube channel (mostly in French tho) for all his farming stuff
Absolutely love that shop and tools. I think I would watch a video if it were just you turning on the lights in there and drinking a cup of coffee in the morning lol...
In love with your shop... keep the good work
Really tremendous job.
Your Shop and your work Is awesome ... 👍🏽
Bravo encore une belle réalisation !!
All I want for Christmas is a new video from Timothy Wilmots.
Thank you, Timothy!
Where are you Timothy? Just watched the whole series and realized no new videos in 8 months! These were awesome.
I've been busy, perhaps a video about that soon.
Timothy Wilmots GREAT! Looking forward to it.
Timothy Wilmots When are you back ?
As ever, a pleasure to watch.
absolutly nice idea, congratulations, perfect

DRMNZ time stamp for the split?
Approx 7:19
8:35 getting bamboozled.
your pooch almost got the stick! nice work!
Never hammer a magnet with metal hammer. Use a plastic or wooden one. Heavy impulses can demagnetisys magnets.
Good to know

Have you experiences or a source for this? I have made such experiments 30 years ago,
i could reproduce, what i had learned. With a hammer it was easy, to kill magnets.
I have hammered rare earth magnet more than once without any issues. Obviously, I wasnt hitting them like crazy, just to press fit them.
No source, just playing around with the magnets out of the old ATA, SCSI and SATA hard disk drives. They would take a fair beating and the magnets were still incredibly strong. Cheers, David.
Brilliant as usual.
Fantástico
More videos please!!
Awesome!
Nice construction and the paint really tidies it up. But I think it ist probably not the best idea to hammer in a magnet...
impressive!!

Timothy, ik mis je videos.
Sempre Geniale - Bravo ))
Remove the white bottom piece (the one you attached in the end) and it will be much easier for the dust collector to get all the debris.
I need this, too :-)
^^ Beau boulot, as usual !

Hi Timothy whey will you upload a new video ? :) Succes !!
Yeah lol! MDF, sorry I miss Spelled it, or Spell check got me!

DOIN ME A HECKIN SCARE
How do you like the RL160? Mine is on the way. Any issues or suggestions?
It's great basically, would buy the same without a doubt. The only annoying part are the small nylon wheels under the cart, they get stuck behind the slightest obstacle.
Tim, at the beginning you stated that you used mostly MDF. Is that green stuff MDF? It looks like green plastic fibre board....
That's "green" MDF, it's moist resistant. I use it for jigs because it doesn't wear as fast.
Never seen it before. People also talk of HDF, High Density Fibreboard. Never seen that either ☺️
In Belgium we have different types of mdf, brown, green, red ( heat ) and black.
We use hdf for spray or high gloss finish...
Thanks for the info Tom 👍
I wish we had the variety in the states. I meant to ask about the green, yesterday.
Timothy Wilmots akkoord :-D
just a small note green MDF has formaldehyde in it wear a mask when sanding?
I use dust collection and have two air filters with active charcoal filters running, but I very rarely use green mdf, the only type is still use is mdf-zero without formaldehyde.

Your dustcollection isalmost as big as my shop 😂
ha,, yeah, i know the feelin'
he has one of the best work spaces on the toob,,
maybe even on TV
MDR le chien! beau boulot!
Nice build. But you dont use gloves while gluing epoxy? It’s quite toxic since the molecules are small enough (less than 600 molar) to pass directly through your skin and into your body. I’m only saying it to be nice. ;-)
I know it's poison and wasn't intending to touch it, but I still ended up touching it. So you're right, I should have worn gloves.
Does the other one still work?
Nope, I dismantled that whole structure. I would have reused it here but the odd shape didn't fit.
Compound angles _à gogo_ just because life is otherwise too simple
Love your work but please Include the dog a bit more :-)
Ok will do
Yes, I was really hoping to see the dog snag that block of wood after you shut down the dust collector at the very end. BTW, what's his/her name?
Oh yeah, the project and video were great too. ;-)

Excellent doggo. 14/10. Would pet.
Please new video
Great design and execution! But completely unrealistic in terms of shop equipment 95% of us regular Joe's will never have
has your dog ever ruined a piece from biting it?
Never, somehow she knows what are scraps and what she can't have. Didn't even had to teach her that.
thats incredible! what a gem of a dog. i have trouble getting my dog to not sit in glue and sawdust.
Green MDF is kinda freaky looking
Your website doesn’t work
Hang that tube on the table saw on the ceiling and its never again on your way.
What table saw is that
It's a Felder K700s
Yeni video istiyorum
Why is your msg there green?
Keith Hebert I was wondering the same. I assuming it's some kind of mold or moisture resistance. I'm curious.
You mean the mdf? It's indeed a most resistant mdf, I buy it to make jigs because it doesn't wear fast.
Thanks! That's what I was thinking
