I have been watching you for 3 1/2 months now. - have been high raw in all that time. (Vegan for nearly 3 years). I'm not perfect, I still like a couple of coffees and some occasional vegan dark chocolate. But I feel absolutely fantastic for my age (62 1/2 yrs). You are an inspiration! BTW, just started my day (4am) with 800ml of celery juice.

I'm getting a journal thank you ! My goal this week is to drink 64 ounces of water a day . I struggle drinking water. My skin gets so dehydrated that I lose my correct fingerprint and this my week to stop this . I drank much more last week on one day and I felt do much better .
I have no problem drinking my water.... I drink it non stop. However, I'm sitting here watching your video while sipping on a glass of red wine.... which is my vice.
