And all this time I thought I couldn't put my hands over the net when I block!
Not sure if this is covered in the video, but you just cannot touch the ball on the opponent's side before the opponent has their third hit. This means that blocking any setter's dump will have to be, generally speaking, more clearly with your hands on your own side (you cannot reach over to stuff the setter, especially if they are tipping the ball upwards (as in a back-set dump).

hey can anyone help me, what type of shoes i must choose for the volleyball

I rather continue trying to master swing blocking because the traditional way doesn't feel normal. Can you run with your arms stuck at your side? Your arms have to swing in order to keep mobility fluid.

How can you do this if you can't really reach over the net much?
Maybe so, but i bet you'd make a better libero than the tall players. The nice thing about volleyball is that there is a position for all sorts of folks.

I jump quite low and cannot hang in the air for long, any exercise that might help?

Do lots of squats and lunges with weights to gain strength. Do some vertical training with weighted sneakers, when you take them off you'll have improved your technique and gained strength. To hang in the air, push your hands and arms up as high as you can without hurting yourself.

remember its better to put your hands inside and jump lower than jump high without put correctly your hand

Jump infront of the spikers spike hand right when they jump for spike too. 😊
You'll have more success blocking if you wait and jump a little bit after the hitter jumps and by penetrating over the net instead of reaching straight up. :)

Our school principal made me quit playing volleyball because i had bad grades at school. I used to be the best server. kids you better enjoy being young because you gonna miss being young. WORK HARD PLAY HARD when u become 30 years you will not gobflflv bla bla bla !

There are many tournaments, in the US, and around the world, for 50+ age volleyball players. In the US, the USA Volleyball Open Tournament starts at 40+ for age levels.
