    is there 4 ATP in total when TP is converted into pyruvate?

      there if 4 atp produced in total but the net amount is 2 atp because the other two is used to generate glucose bisphospahte and hexose bishosphate. one year later lol

    Why isn’t the net yield 4 ATP if TP is converted to pyruvate twice

      An atp is used to produce glucose phosphate and then another is used to make hexose bisphosphate
