    the diagram shown in 16:14 looks like a 4 bit prefetch
    I/O lines are 8 so if its 4 bit 32 bit shown in the diagram is matching ..not 8 bit prefetch

    Thank you for your kind sharing of your precious lecture.
    BTW, on the slide about 6:26, why 2^10 * 8 go into the row buffer? AFAIK, and as you said, 1row X 1 col preserves one BIT. What am I missing? Why do we multiply 8 to 2^10? What is a "8-bit interface"?
