I use it for notetaking, seeing my todo lists, a second screen from time to time and for travel so I can watch movies/shows on the plane and its perfect because it doesn't take up a lot of space. I find I use my ipad Mini more than my M4 iPad Pro. What teleprompter app are you using?
For me, I find the mini useful for a ton of cases; here are my top 3: 1. Gaming, so I don’t risk draining my iPhone’s battery, especially if I’m nowhere near a charger 2. Note-taking, especially while reading/watching class resources and especially while I have my iPad Pro connected to Sidecar for having additional app windows from my Mac 3. When I’m out and about and don’t feel like taking the Pro with me
Been considering getting an iPad mini 7 for most of the reasons you posted above, but also bc of its size. You might not be aware of it, but it’s a fantastic device for communication! I was born deaf, raised oral, and masks were the bane of my existence , I couldn’t speech read and I have plenty of medical appts. I eventually had a lightbulb idea to bring my iPad and open Freeform so my doc writes on my iPad, and I respond orally. No interpreter, no pathetic transcribe app and I never run out of pages either! *giggle* The only thing that stops me is the damn price of it in GR. (My M1 iPad Air is sometimes too cumbersome to bring, and sudden appts do get me unprepared.) Maybe one of those days I’ll take the plunge!
It definitely could! Depends person to person. For me, if I want to use the iPad as a computer, I love the 13" display especially since I multitask a lot. When it comes to basic content consumption like reading books and watching Netflix, I like smaller devices like the mini. The 11" is not big enough and not small enough for the different tasks I prefer
If you already have a Macbook Air 13, is the ipad pro too small to view vertical documents? Also for using it in universal control and sidecar sometimes? I used a 13 inch ipad pro, Now that I have an Macbook air, I need an ipad that will fit almost everywhere and hold comfortably meanwhile also large enough to view documents and videos and split screen. Is the air 11 too larger compared to mini?
I know this question is off topic, but I’m looking for red or black colored nibs for the pencil pro. Do you know who makes quality replacement nibs? I like your channel, I’ve found a lot of interesting and helpful information regarding the iPad.. thank you
@@Ken-dm5xt because usage of a product should be intuitive from simply recognizing you have a problem that need to be solved. This device is just a time wasting distraction that people use cognitive dissonance to justify their purchase. With that said I own 5 iPads including the new m4 oled pro one. I just admit it’s a media consumption device and nothing more.

Great video, but AI isn’t fully there yet imo, and buying a new pencil to be used for the 7 isn’t worth is. I use the 6 with a roll up keyboard and the pencil 2 daily with my sling. Maybe down the line I’ll get one.
I don’t understand why you are getting so excited about elementary uses of iPad, like Kindle, or note-taking etc. Most iPad users have been doing most of these things for at least a decade at least. Guess you may just have discovered the iPad.

@ thanks for bringing this to my attention - I just changed the link. Can you try again and let me know if works?

3 solid use cases!
I use the mini daily and find it so useful given its portability that I barely use my iPad Pro 12.9.
I kept looking for reasons to buy the mini, and this video legit sold me on it. Thanks faiz! ❤
I'm so glad to hear that!
Perfect ipad to travel and watch multimedia on the plane👀
I couldn’t agree more!
Thanks for making these iPad videos. Do you use a screen protector? If not, why not? How do you deal with smudges and fingerprints?
I do indeed! It’s this matte glass screen protector that reduces glare, smudges and fingerprints: amzn.to/4e28ijK
I use an Iclever keyboard with my iPad mini if I need to create a document or email. On the spur of the moment it works great

It's such a fantastic device! I love how it's so great for communication and can make such a big impact!
Quick question: wouldn't an 11-inch iPad Pro be a better choice to replace both models?
It definitely could! Depends person to person. For me, if I want to use the iPad as a computer, I love the 13" display especially since I multitask a lot. I’ve personally found the 11 inch to be less desirable. It’s too small in “laptop” mode with a keyboard and it’s too big for handheld use.

Glad you enjoyed it!
2:10 Happy hypothetical birthday!!!
Haha thank you! 😂
I really enjoy your videos :) thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
If you need a video to explain the uses, than it’s not very useful.
I love those videos :) it gives me ideas
That would be all iPads
Why not?

Great. Now please use the iPad Mini’s AI to educate yourself on the differences among a function, an attribute, and a use case.
