- So this video is on my 2001 maruti 800. This car has clocked around 4 lakhs Kms and I have done little bit of engine mods like air intake and bigger pistons after boring. So watch the video and let me know is this car still good.

This car will never die in India.
I learnt driving on this car as it was our family's first car. I drove it a lot and this car gave me the ability and confidence to drive literally any car without any hesitation or fear. Unfortunately, my dad met with an accident in this car and it had to be scrapped but thankfully it saved my dad from any major injuries. This legend died a hero's death serving it's owners well and keeping them safe. I still miss my silver 800 so much i wish i still had it. Recently i picked up a pre-owned grand i10 and i was adamant on getting a grey one since it would be a tribute to the original hero of our family. A bit teary eyed writing this comment. Miss you old friend. Thanks for all the memories and the abilities you gave me. Rest in peace.
