A compilation of every road railway crossing on the Transperth electrified network. This includes the Midland, Fremantle and Armadale lines. Perth's network is the only one in Australia to still use mechanical bells as the main bell, with every crossing having WCH mechanical bells! They also all have wishbone gates.
The clips were filmed on my week long trip to Perth. I'll post other crossings I filmed on my trip on my second channel linked below. I hope you enjoy!
    Timestamps:
Midland line (From Midland towards Perth): 00:28
Fremantle line (From Fremantle towards Perth): 10:00
Armadale line (From Perth towards Armadale): 18:32

I'd like to add that the Morrison Road, Mints to William Street and the Armadale Crossings are getting grade separated. Also a level crossing in Maylands and one in Kelmscott got grade separated (Kelmscott 2020) (Maylands 2022)

Maylands did not get grade separated, it just closed all together.

The last bonus one is sometimes in use to terminate the Armadale on Bunbury platform to make way for the Bunbury train the transperth train do use in the morning and afternoon trip to and from Bunbury every day

Nice video, put together well. I wouldn't mind filming some of those crossings even though a lot of them are the same, I just like the mechanical bells.

I don't know why most of the railroad crossing lights are flashing at random speeds instead of a fixed speed. It's kinda driving me a little crazy, but interesting setups though. gotta like the WC Hayes 0333 mechanical bells.

Great video but sadly a lot of the ones on the Armadale are being removed. 😢

You missed naming of the Mint street/Archer Street crossing in East Vic Park.
Armadale Road has since been removed.
    Otherwise all good work.

Glad you enjoyed the vid! I just said it was in Carlisle because the station was nearby and the crossing is in the middle of both Carlisle and East Vic Park

18:32- 25:56 These crossing on the Armadale line are gone due to the redevelopment of the Line between Carlisle and Beckenham
