My wife introduced me to this one,I always knew about it but was never interested in watching it as i wasn’t a big vampire fan..she bought me the plain old DVD last year but after watching this i showed her this gorgeous German media book and she surprised me again by getting me that just before i typed this. This movie is not easy to buy on either Blu-ray/ or even DVD. I wound up paying $200 for a Region-B copy to add up my collection. I wish a well known distributor would release the movie in the states. Thanks again for your hard work on movie locations.

I’m curious, do you have Ozzy Osbourne: The Ultimate Ozzy? The concert was pro-filmed on 04/01/1986 at the Kemper Arena in Kansas City, MO. This is an interesting date, because my favorite band Metallica opened for Ozzy. As the tour progressed I’ve read that more people went to see ‘tallica than Ozzy, which upset Ozzy and his management. The DVD of this concert is only available as a Region-2 DVD, but I highly recommend.

TBF Tim Thomerson was the biggest name in the movie at the time, I remember him in the 1970s on Mork & Mindy, Laverne & Shirley, he was in Car Wash that also had George Carlin and Richard Pryor, that was 1976, I actually saw that movie in theatres after seeing Star Wars for about the 4th time. Sh!t, now I have The Pointer Sisters in my head. He was also Dollman, a 6 inch tall private eye, there were sequels too.
