    Recipe :
    Veg Manchurian
    Preparation Time: 20 minutes
    Cooking Time: 20 minutes
    Serves: 3-4
    Ingredients:
    1 cup shredded Cabbage
    1/2 cup chopped Carrot
    1/4 cup Beans
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
    3 tbsp Flour
    1tbsp Cornflour
    1tsp chopped Ginger
    1tsp chopped Garlic
    1tbsp Corn Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
    2 tsp Soya Sauce
    2 tsp Vinegar
    3 tsp Tomato Ketchup
    1 cup Water
    1tbsp Oil
    1tsp chopped Ginger
    1tsp chopped Garlic
    Method:
    Mix together shredded cabbage, carrots and beans. Add in the salt, pepper, cornflour, flour, chopped ginger , garlic and mix well.
    Make small walnut sized balls and fry to a golden brown in medium hot oil. Remove on an absorbent paper.
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté till golden.
    In a bowl, mix together the tomato ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce, water and 1 tbsp cornflour.
    Add to the pan and bring to a boil.
    Add the fried Manchurian balls, toss till the sauce thickens and acquires a glazed looks.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve garnished with chopped spring onions.
