Sanjyot had share all the secrets and a perfect recipe, way better than any indo-chinese restra. Even among the recipes shared by ranveer brar & cooking shooking, this one is much better, authentic and a 100% perfection one. Though sanjyot recipe is little more hardworking for chopping from other two but the results are amazing. I thank you so much sanjyot, keep sharing some more cuisines like some popular staple or recipes from another countries of world.
I don’t usually like to compare between chefs, especially popular ones. But in this case I agree. I haven’t much watched Cooking shooting. And I like Kunal Kapoor recipes as they are straight forward, and easy to follow. I watch many of Ranveer Brar recipes. But in the end I give a thumbs up to Sanjyot. His recipes are clear and if I follow them to the T, they come out really well. His recipes have practical tips and suggestions for alternatives which are often necessary. So my opinion is I like watching Brar - invariably I learn interesting history - but cook Sanjyot’s recipes. Here just a small tip form my experience - as I am an old grandma - apart from salting and squeezing excess water from cabbage, using little rice flour along with corn flour helps in reducing total quantity of flour required and makes the manchurian balls crispy. Twice frying is always good even for vadas, bajjis and French fries etc.... As always thanks to Chef Sanjyot.

I tries this recipe, tastes yumm! The only difficulty was couldn't get the right consistency to make the manchurian balls although added 7 sps of corn flour and 3 1/2 sp of maida all together, still managed to squeeze the excess water and make a ball. Get a 20 gram soup pack ( minchow soup pack etc ), fry 15cm square cut green capsicum , broccoli & onion ( quantity is 1 teacup combined), add garlic ginger cilantro leaves. Make soup as per directions, pour on veg. Eat with rice , salad onion lemon
