Mat dalna soy sauce bina soy sauce k bhi mast banti hai noodles. Just vinegar, pepper and vegetables dalke bht achi banti hai bus namak thoda jyada dal dena. Yeah par Manchurian k lie tho zaruri hai.

Hey, I have a query.
When I mixed salt, cornflour,butter etc . in the vegetables and was trying to bind them to make manchurian balls, the vegetables released a lot of water although I took proper proportions of everything. I am sure it happened because of salt but how to avoid it ?

I just wanted to remind two things to you :-
1. Never ever used ajinomoto, it is a proven slow poison
2. Always use 100% Rice bran oil, like Health Guard oil, for cooking.
It's actually a proven fallacy. Ajinomoto is just salt. And there's hundreds of peer reviewed research out there proving that ajinomoto does not actually cause an issue.
The original researcher made a lot of mistakes and America at that time wanted to dissuade the Chinese from entering the country so they propagated the idea.

I think he said not to over boil but cook noodles until just underdone. Noodles ko pura nahi cook karna hai so idea is when it is cooling it will continue to cook. Hope this helps 😊
If you don’t over cook noodles and put oil in them and let them sit flat they don’t become rubbery.
