    Oh Yea! Please add support for Plotter 👍 I have CO2 Laser, Galvo Laser with Lightburn but on my Plotter I have no real cut software. And I think difference between Plotter and Diodelaser is not so big (both work over RS232 via USB). Just add knife trail around the corners. 95% of work are already done at lightburn 😉

    I wish you offered a design only license. I run a CO2 and a fiber laser out in my shop and they each have their own computers so that uses up both of the installs for my license. If I want to do any design work I need to heat up my shop and head out there, I'd rather stay in my office and design in there.

      Have you ever emailed us? We’ll add a 3rd seat to your license for free, and more for a small fee.

      Same thing here - 2 machines, each with their own laptop and 1 machine in the house for design work. I might reach out about a 3rd seat… thanks!

      Same here , used up my two and then seeing this video had me thinking about design stuff while not connected to a laser engraver- nice option

    Nice! I was wondering if I could buy this without a laser or not. Thanks. BTW, your voice sounds familiar. Is this ModBot from RUclips?

    As Derek said, a design license would be amazing. My main computer is never going to be connected to a laser. A discounted license that doesn't output would make life so much easier.

    I literally use Lightburn in conjunction with illustrator just because it has great design features, I dont even use it with a laser, I have an epilog so it doesnt work with that.

      It’s just a standard GCode laser, compatible with GRBL firmware. XTool also provides full instructions and a downloadable preset device with all the required settings on their website.

    So you mean I can design my projects in my Costa Rica computer while I’m in vacaciones

      @lightburnsoftware7189  11 месяцев назад

      Yes! You can design from anywhere. Some actually use LightBurn for the design platform without owning a laser.

      @@lightburnsoftware7189 Lightburn is less intimidating than Inkscape. So, I design there, export to carbide create6 for gcode.
