- We were delighted to bring Prosthesis to the re-boot of the iconic Beakerhead festival in Calgary, Alberta! We spent three glorious days trampling castles and climbing over obstacles as hundreds of excited kids of all ages looked on and cheered. We even got to train the mayor, Jyoti Gondek, who climbed in without hesitation. She learned quickly that falling over is half the fun of becoming a mech pilot and then rose triumphantly to earn her stripes and strike a pose for the cameras.
Beakerhead is one of our favorite festivals. It's a unique mashup of art and science that playfully inspires people to think outside the box. This was their first IRL event since the pandemic and they will be celebrating their 10 anniversary next September, so keep an eye out for a truly spectacular event next year!

I'm always excited to see more from this mech, even if it's only a few minutes.
That's so fricking cool.
Super.
Awesome stuff!
Nice!
I plan on making my own Mech suit just as big. It'll take a few years by myself but I got this!!
Woot
I can imagine them racing another
That was a great trip
Ah nice! Wish i was there. more publicity for the mammoth mech lol. might be impractical to some but the fact that you guys got something like this is beyond awesome.
Yes, the future is now old man.

not a fan of the safety aspect of it. I feel that the people should have been at least one width of the machine away from you when u were climbing on the wood. It seemed to be close to tipping point at times. otherwise pretty cool
Damn, that's epic
