Thanks for the quick comparison. Great catch on the subtle difference of the rear bumper, haven't heard/noticed that before. Another exterior feature is the light up rear (red) logo on the '23 compared to no light up on the '22. I think it looks awesome at night. For the interior, the '22 has this brown top dash that doesn't seem to match the black interior. You mentioned '22 being used with regards to the federal tax credit, even new '22, which are still available at some dealerships, won't qualify since they were made in Germany compared to the US for '23.
I'm currently waiting on the '23 and was super bummed about the changes to the center console (I really wanted 4 cup holders!), but you're right, it does look cheaper than the '23.
AC leak. Check out the shorts I recently posted. It’s been fixed and back home for the past week. Just haven’t had time to post the final update on that.
I’m located in Orlando Volkswagen North. We recently got them in and I’m loving it. If anyone interested in getting in one Comment I can help!
Agree with you about the new wheel design looking more in synch with the overall aesthetic.
Yeah. The previous one is out of place on a family suv lol.
Love the gloss black on the new one, especially the black roof rails. Also love the grey you both selected. ❤
Me too! Looks more premium.
This is a very fast car!
I mean, it’ll get you there. Lol.

Didn’t know about the brown dash or the rear logo. Thanks for the tip!

Hadn’t though about how you lose those cup holders. Win some lose some I guess!
Good info
Thanks for watching.
Definitely prefer the interior of the newer model!
Me too. Subtle changes make a big difference.
What happened to your id4?
