About eye contact, I watched a lot of live videos and Jimin does that but when he focuses on singing, especially while dancing I realized that he doesn't do much eye contact. Again as I said probably he focuses on dancing. But about Taehyung, he does that nearly every single time. And I think his facial expressions and deadly stares are one of the biggest reasons of his stunning stage presence. I really wait for Taehyung's part in every single live video, I get curious about what he will do, which facial expression he is gonna show, and really he never disappoints me. Even when he gets a few lines in a song, just with one or two screen time he manages to kill us with his eye contacts, lip bites, and most importantly tongue :D
Idol trainees actually have classes where they study V's facial expressions and eye contact. As you said, with Jimin, it's more about the body. With V, it's all about the face and he has like a honing beacon or something for whatever camera is filming him. He always seems to find whichever camera it is and stares directly into it. When Jimin wants to, he can match V for eye contact, but Jimin doesn't quite have the instinct for finding cameras that V has.

It's not just his voice, he seduces with everything he has got. He doesn't need to show his body. His voice and his gestures are enough. But when you add his dancing and his piercing gaze, it's hard to breathe sometimes just watching him perform. It's utter bliss.

Sometimes I feel like other's only see him for his look but he's more than just a look. He's such a good singer and has the widest vocal range,
Tae is known in the (k-pop) industry as someone with amazing stage presence. Not only are his visuals no joke, but he commands the aura befitting the song so well it feels you get sucked in. It also shows when he's acting.
Of course, all of BTS has a strong stage presence and their own qualities, I've experienced it myself, but Tae just hits different, especially in combination with his voice, that always draws emotions.
On a unrelated note, a bit sad they didn't include the video where Tae sang Lay Me Down, or any of his other not concert moments. Those are so good.
